Exceptional 😍 - Fabulous adventure! We stayed 3 days and 2 nights for New Year's Eve. Booking (Jenny) hotel-boat transfer, boarding, suite with balcony and bathtub, catering, excursions (optional), everything was perfect. A special mention to Karen manager, our waitresses at the restaurant with Chi manager, our guide Nan as well as all the so kind staff and our little care. A most beautiful place with the most generous and gentle of hosts. - What a wonderful experience. From the pickup at our hotel in Hanoi until we stepped off 3 days later every moment was perfect. From the Tai Chi at dawn to the "butterfly biking" on Cat Ba we learned a little more about the truly beautiful country, people and culture that make this such a special place.

Absolutely exceptional - An exceptional cruise in a beautiful boat. We loved this trip and especially this 3 day and 2 night cruise in the beautiful Ha Long Bay. The welcome and service provided by the staff was perfect, the whole team was adorable and considerate. The cabin was just beautiful with an exceptional view of the bay with bay windows from everywhere. Comfort was impeccable. The food on board was also wonderful with always nickel service:)) The excursions were really nice despite the unfavourable weather and everything was extremely well organized. I recommend 300% this luxury cruise with just amazing value for money. There was only one miss when picking up at the hotel because there were two La Mejor hotels in Hanoi and the pick up came to the wrong hotel, but don’t panic even there we had a private driver to get us to the port. In short a big thank you to Emperor for this unforgettable cruise!!!

Unbeatable service! - From start to finish we were treated impeccably by Karen and the whole team. The rooms and the boat were spotlessly clean. There was a busy activity schedule but also the opportunity to relax and appreciate the views. We had one rainy day and chose to remain onboard for one activity but we took the opportunity to book a massage which was perfect. Special mentions go to Duy for helping us with the Wifi!, Chiem for great service and taking the time to give us tips for our holiday alongside Chi and Andre etc, Chef Sang who fed us constantly with amazing food (we need to diet for a week now), Karen for seemingly managing everything effortlessly, and the whole team who stayed in the background but were always working hard. Don't hesitate to book!

Unforgettable experience - Unforgettable experience. We have made part of the honeymoon in Vietnam and the stay at Emperor has been by far the best experience. From the reception the treatment is unbeatable, the staff, super attentive, friendly and polite, highlighting especially the attention received by An, Atus, Dai and Chiem. The facilities are super clean, tidy and careful down to the smallest detail. The dining experience is a real wonder, asking to enjoy the creations of an excellent chef, while enjoying the incredible views of Ha-Long Bay. Several activities are offered, which I highly recommend, from excursions to typical morning sessions of dawn-side exercises in the bay. And finally, the rooms more than meet all expectations. Fully equipped, they are a real luxury and allow you to enjoy the experience at all times by being able to take in the spectacular views at all times. An experience you will certainly not regret. In my case, I will try to repeat without hesitation.

Super special deal to get an amazing and unforgettable cruise - Oh, great. Cleanliness, attention, courtesy, punctuality and excellent treatment. Luxury cruise with cabins larger than those of a 4* hotel with a clean bathroom, with shower and bathtub. Delicious food and especially very pending allergies and intolerances. Great for coeliacs. Safe, tidy excursions with a guide from the boat itself. Appreciate the work and professionalism of the entire team with special mention to Will, Diy, Chi, Cham and Van. And of course our super chef Sang.

Excellent cruise, lovely staff, beautiful rooms and amazing food - Excellent cruise. The boat is perfect, not too big leaving room for an individual experience. The staff is very caring and especially Karen, Duy, Mabel and Chi took excellent care of us. The tours were perfectly organised and very informative. The rooms are beautiful und the food has been amazing!

Best way to experience Halong Bay! - Overall amazing experience! The cruise has a lovely old money interior design, rooms are spatious and clean with floor to ceiling windows that allow for all day enjoyment of the views beautiful halong bay has to offer! The staff is very friendly, attentive and open to explain all questions. The day trips are unique experiences, especially the tour guide Duy delivered a fantastic tour with a lot of information about Vietnamese culture and history. A lot of effort is put into the tours to prevent crowds. A highlight is the small private beach where we were brought to swim and the Kajak tours around the cave. Food was excellent, very advanced high level cuisine both Vietnamese and western, each dish was a work of art. Overall great experience, hugely recommend !

Over tourism of Halong Bay - The positive things are spacious cabins and maximum 20 guest which makes it an intimate cruise. The staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Karen, Andree, Chi and chef Sang for preparing a local dish as a special request. Some aspects of the cruise can be improved. A 2 day 1 night will suffice. The excursions and activities are just okay. Afternoon canapés are very basic and the drinks provided are even less. Some dishes for lunch and dinner can be improved.

Beautiful cruise in a stunning location - What a beautiful boat with very attentive staff. The room was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time with our baby on board too. The only thing I would have changed were the activities as they’re incredibly touristy, I’d have like to just cruise a bit more on the boat.
