Austin was a fabulous... - Austin was a fabulous tour guide. He took us through a whole tour of ha long bay and had an AMAZING sense of humor. So sweet and nice and knowledgeable, and I will be back to ha long bay just because of him!! Book with Austin!

Relaxing day trip - It was a very relaxing day trip, and lunch was excellent. If you have a choice, I would recommend the Sampan boat trip instead of kayaking, as it is very crowded there and the time for kayaking is too short. The Sampan ride was slow and quiet and offered plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.

Great trip ☺️☺️☺️ - We had a wonderful, eventful adventure or excursion. From the pick-up at the hotel, to Halong Bay, and back to our hotel, we just felt comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Our tour guide Ken took great care of us and gave us wonderful memories of this day. You couldn't get enough of the scenery and activities, and you didn't want to leave. There's food and drink for everyone. And of course, Barbie was the best bus driver. 😄Thanks to Ken and Barbie, we won't forget this trip. ☺️

Halong Bay Day Trip - I booked a day trip to Ha Long Bay with ZGoTravels and had an amazing experience overall. The pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, the itinerary was exactly as promised, and the food on board was delicious. Our guide, Ken, was super sweet and had a great sense of humor — he made the whole trip so much fun and truly memorable. Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and I’d definitely recommend ZGoTravels to anyone planning to visit Ha Long Bay.

Great if you are short on time - Phong was a brilliant guide. The tour is good and packs a good amount into a day. Phong gave us lots of interesting insights into the areas we were seeing. The boat was good, the food was plentiful and the drinks are reasonable. If you only have a day, this is a great option.

Definitely recommend - The tour was great and I highly recommend. We went with Phong who was great from start to finish, very punctual, knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic trip. We were only in Hanoi for a few days and this was the perfect trip to do!

As advertised - Did as advertised. About 40 on our bus when on the boat we had the upper floor & another group had the lower floor. Set meal. (plentiful & delicious), drinks extra if you didn’t want tea.
Places visited extremely busy. Bamboo boat ride very short, for cave there are steps up & back, hike up steps also for mounts view(basically one long line of people!)
Scenery beautiful.
Our guide was knowledgeable & friendly but did go fast so it was difficult to keep up.
