You will also visit President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house, where he resided intermittently from 1958 to 1969. This significant building is located in Ba Dinh Square, where Ho, Chairman of the Workers’ Party of Vietnam from 1951 until his passing in 1969, proclaimed the Declaration of Independence on September 2, 1945, establishing the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Also known as Ba Đình Mausoleum, it is open to the public.

Văn Miếu, meaning Temple of Literature, is a temple honoring Confucius in Hanoi, northern Vietnam.
