Ha Lomg Bay 1 Night stay - Australian Family of 4 - Hera Cruise was fantastic. We were originally booked to cruise on the Hera Grand, but due to a water leak our booking was changed to the Hera Classic Boutique Boat. We were upgraded to 2x presidential suites instead of our original family room. Our children are teenagers and did not mind this one bit. Our room was at the front of the boat and included a beautiful balcony. There are only 19 rooms on the boat, 4 with balconies. It was a real treat. We were also given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience of changing boats. The crew on board were fantastic. Mr Dan is a jack of all trades and is very friendly. He is a very informative crew manager and his English was perfect. The man can sing too! The food was great, the crew were helpful and the scenery is picturesque. This is a must do if you are in Northern Vietnam. It was a first for us and our family had an incredible time. July is a peak time for travel so just be aware of this, when it's time to do the planned activities there are lots of people. Things got a bit hectic at the secret cave, lots of pushing from tourists it is still worth the experience though. Thank you again to Mr Dan and the crew. We had a great stay and will leave with many memories.

Perfect Getaway on the Beautiful Hera Cruise - My experience on the Hera Cruise in Halong Bay was truly unforgettable! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — cruising through the limestone islands was like a dream. Everything was peaceful and relaxing from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They always made sure we were comfortable and happy, and their warm smiles made the whole trip even more enjoyable. You can really feel their passion and care in everything they do. The food on board was delicious and beautifully presented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the bay. I also enjoyed the activities, like kayaking and the cooking class — everything was well organized. It was such a special experience, and I would highly recommend Hera Cruise to anyone visiting Halong Bay. I’d love to come back again one day!

Lovely boat and crew, gorgeous part of the world. - Could not fault, lovely crew, food and experience on the boat. Very crowded in the cave and at the beach which wasn’t overly great, but everything was well managed by our crew regardless.

A wonderful cruise, including crew, boat, food and activities. - A wonderful experience. The crew were friendly and helpful. Halong Bay is a really special place. The food was fresh, plentiful and lots of variety. Many and varied activities included kayaking, swimming, caves and some hiking but you could just stay on the boat and relax if you wanted. Down sides for me were the huge amounts of people and boats, the rubbish in the water and lastly other than two small bottles of free water each day you had to buy all water in bottles or tins. I’d probably bring in some larger bottles of drinking water next time. There was a fridge in the room.

Time to relax - Getting to the cruise was hectic for us, and we had changes to our itinerary that had me somewhat concerned, but Cruise Manager Dan, and his superb team made it a very enjoyable cruise. We participated in most activities, except the early morning Tai Chi but really enjoyed the opportunity for 2 nights in Halong Bay. The food was a delight and we enjoyed the character of the boat. An unexpected pleasure was two nights of good sleep along with the refreshing shower. A very worthwhile experience

Worth the trip! - We did the 2 day, 1 night tour which was fantastic. Dan, the cruise manager was great and extremely helpful. He helped create a great atmosphere and even took part in the activities. The room was beautiful, with an attached balcony to sit on and take in the view.

Ha Long Bay cruise - Minh and jeery team on the hera grand boat looked after us all so well. Our adult son has a severe physical disability and the team were extremely good with him. From hands on help to get about the various boats, to getting his meals and drinks for him. Much appreciated !

Ha Long Bay Cruise - The views were super pretty! The crew was super friendly and helpful, and Mr. Dan was the best guide throughout the whole trip!!! It was a fun and super packed 36 hours.
