Start by providing your details, such as your passport and flight ticket. The team will monitor your arrival time using advanced airline systems to ensure they are prepared when you land.
Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting before the immigration area, holding a sign with your name or your group leader’s name, and will guide you directly to the Fast Track lane. Please note that the service fee primarily covers the arrangement for the priority immigration lane, not comprehensive assistance throughout the airport. Once you are directed to the correct lane, our staff may depart to assist other arriving passengers.
In addition to the standard Fast Track Service, we offer optional add-on services, including luggage claim assistance and airport transfer, available upon request. Furthermore, a nighttime Fast Track service is available from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following morning for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance for more details and arrangements.
