After the sale is final you receive the instructions and the unique code to download the tour. The tour starts in the Kruisstraat 72. After a few meters (kruisstraat 14) you reach the first stop. Here you collect your Stamp card and your first bite! The other stops are written on the stamp card.

Fun, informative, and tasty self-guided tour - I enjoyed this tour because the food was terrific and the audio guide was excellent. A couple of issues did pop up but did not detract from the overall experience. I was sent the incorrect validation code to activate the phone app for the tour though I did receive it eventually. The first two food stops (The Chocolate Company and La Petite) welcomed me with open arms. The next two stops (Jopenkerk and Arroz) didn't know about the program but when I showed them the stamp card they were very nice and served me. The last place (Ijssalon Garonne Gelateria) was closed when I arrived at 7pm. Their web site says they are open until 10am though for some reason they closed at 3pm that day (August 20th). The audio guide was excellent to took me to parts of Haarlem that I might have missed otherwise. The guide and the food stops aren't really in sync. I tried to do visit the food stops while taking the tour and it was difficult to map the sites on the app with a nearby food stop. Next time I would do the tour first, then do the food stops altogether. Minor complaints and for the money I thought this activity was a good value.

Nice girlfriend outing! - Very nice tour through beautiful Haarlem. Along the way you can listen to all kinds of facts about Haarlem and its history via the PocketGuide app. Very interesting and it makes the city much more alive! You also go to places where you might not otherwise go. The participating restaurants and bars were all very pleasant and there is enough diversity between the different places. We walked the tour in the cold, but despite that it was a lot of fun and perfect to warm up inside at the stops! Tip: you will receive information via your TripAdvisor account on the day of the tour

Super fun experience through Haarlem - We had a wonderful tour. Very nice that you do this without a group you have to wait for You can stop where you want. Really a nice combination of discovering the city and delicious snacks and drinks. Highly recommended if you want to discover this city in a different way. You go to places I had never been to as a Haarlemmer.

Worth it! Few problems with the booked language. - The CuliWalk Haarlem was really nice and a lovely way to get to know Haarlem better. It was a nice day and something really different. Unfortunately there was a problem with our audio guide. We are from Germany and booked a German audio tour only but the tour was in English and Dutch only. Two of us can’t speak English very well so it was a little bit difficult for them to understand. Another problem was that the English audio suddenly switched to Dutch for a few times. When we called the given number for support there was no one to talk to and nobody answered the phone.
