The Best Decision We Made: Safe, Flexible, and Stress-Free - We just got back from a two-week trip and honestly, booking with Lanka Safe Tours was the best decision we made. You see a lot of options when searching for sri lanka tours, but these guys actually deliver on the 'safe' part of their name—which, if you’ve seen the traffic in Colombo, you’ll definitely appreciate. Our driver was punctual every single morning and had this incredible knack for finding the best local spots that weren't packed with other tourists. We spent a few days in the hill country and his recommendations for little hikes and local tea spots were spot on. It felt less like a rigid, "follow the flag" tour and more like traveling with a local expert who actually cares about your experience. The car was spotless, the AC worked perfectly (a lifesaver, trust me), and they were super flexible when we wanted to change our plans last minute to spend more time in Ella. It’s a professional outfit through and through, but they haven't lost that personal touch that makes a holiday special. If you want a stress-free way to see the island, I really can't recommend them enough.

Amazing experience in Sri Lanka - We arrived just after Cyclone Ditwah had passed through Sri Lanka and had actually considered cancelling our trip due to the terrible devastation and loss of life it had caused. However, we decided to go anyway and it was absolutely the right choice. Sri Lanka needs the income that tourism provides to local people now more than ever and many of the attractions are now open to tourists despite the havoc the cyclone has caused. Our driver and guide Kavi was absolutely amazing. Our itinerary changed due to the landslides the cyclone had caused in the upcountry and some of our planned route and activities were not possible but Lanka Safe Tours and our driver and guide Kavi worked together tirelessly to provide alternatives with the safety and comfort of my family uppermost in their minds. Kavi was extremely knowledgeable and no question went unanswered. He knew all the best places and nothing was too much trouble for him. Many many times he went out of his way to ensure we saw the best side of his country, not only the places but the people too. His professionalism and experience was invaluable. Monali from Lanka Safe Tours worked with us when we wanted to change some of our destinations and accommodations on the fly and was totally professional even when we asked for the seemingly impossible. I cannot speak highly enough of Kavi and Lanka Safe Tours for going above and beyond the scope of what we had booked and what we actually experienced during our trip to Sri Lanka. The local knowledge and professionalism was way above anything we have experienced before. Our transportation was immaculate and comfortable and the accommodation was amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to take care of you if you are visiting Sri Lanka, they will work hard to make sure you have a wonderful time.

A 1st class Sri Lanka experience - What a fantastic tour trip we have had! Each day has been filled to our specification of what we’d like to see and do with no problems when changing things around. Our driver Pansilu has been exceptional with his knowledge of the island and culture. We have learnt so much from him and built a lovely friendship. Asia wins our heart every time and our first visit to Sri Lanka won’t be our last. We highly recommend Pansilu for a tour guide and will for sure be requesting him again.

Perfect service! - Perfect experience: I asked Lanka safe travels for an English speaking driver to make my trips to Sri Lanka (8 days tour) for 2 adults. Our driver Kavishan was very good: always on time, attentive to our needs, very kind, helpful and flexible. I recommend the company and especially Kavishan for a carefree holiday!

Unforgettable Sri Lanka - We have just concluded a 13-day tour of Sri Lanka organized by the local agency Lanka Safe tours. The whole organization of the tour, travel and places to visit was impeccably organized. As for the selection of hotels, in my opinion, we should improve the choice because despite having requested 4-star hotels, unfortunately it was often not satisfied. Nevertheless we still stayed in clean and decent hotels. The location of the hotels, always 15/20 minutes from the center reachable by tuk tuk, is ideal for those who love tranquility and peace. Our van always clean, tidy and with water available at any time. It was a beautiful trip especially thanks to our Guide/driver Supun, always available, attentive to our requests, smiling, kind and very polite. In conclusion it was a wonderful holiday. Many thanks to Supun and Lanka Safe Tours.

Lanka safe tours provided a really friendly and efficient service o our recent visit - Lanka safe tours provided a really friendly and efficient service o our recent visit. We were greeted at the airport and escorted to people carrier to transport us to our hotel. Met the following day with a very personable rep, to discuss possible tours/trips. Used them for two day trips, including a safari drive at a wild life park (safari vehicle and driver hired by company for this part of the trip). On both trips a friendly and knowledgeable guide, plus efficient drivers were allocated to take care of us for the day. Journey back to airport planned to provide adequate check in time. All very efficient and we would definitely use this company again and indeed recommend it to others.

Amazing Sri Lanka family holiday - We had a wonderful tour with Prasanna. He was very courteous and our children aged 5 and 8 are very fond of him. The tour was amended to meet our needs. Prasanna helped with ensuring food options were available for our kids. The trip was flexible and Prasanna arranged activities that reflected our interests. Our initial package was 7 days and they helped extend to 9 days including accommodation. We were not happy with one of the accommodation in Mirissa and this was resolved. All in all a fantastic experience with lots of new memories created. Thank you Prasanna and Lanka Safe Tours!
