Mango Vacations Sri Lanka All Island Classic Tour - We have just returned from our 2 week All Island Classic Tour in Sri Lanka with Mango Vacations, We had just the best time. Communicating with Mango Vacations was always really easy with very rapid responses to my many questions beforehand. Everything was really smooth running and we felt like VIPs for two weeks. Sri Lanka itself was incredible - so much to see and a country of exceptional beauty and the people were so amazingly friendly. A very special thanks must go to our amazing tour guide/driver Hassanka. He was always so helpful and knowledgeable and could not do enough for us - he really looked after the three of us always getting us to the front of any queue with pre-reserved access and brilliant seats for the cultural dance show and the whale watching tour. - My 19-year-old son and I just returned from a 14-day trip around Sri Lanka, and it was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences we've had.
From the start, our guide Vishwa made the trip feel special. He was incredibly kind, always calm, and a very safe driver — something that really put us at ease throughout the journey. He showed us his beautiful country sharing local insights and making sure we were always comfortable.
The trip itself was full of highlights: hiking in stunning landscapes, visiting temples, exploring tea plantations, taking scenic train rides, and even swimming with turtles and sharks! Every day brought something new, and we enjoyed every minute of it.
A special moment I’ll never forget was the surprise birthday celebration in the jungle — Vishwa somehow arranged a cake and candles out there! It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made the day unforgettable.
Sri Lanka has been a true discovery — from the amazing food and warm, welcoming people to the diverse nature and culture. I highly recommend visiting, and if you can, ask for Vishwa as your guide. He made all the difference!

14 Day Sri Lanka ALL in One Classic Tour - We are extremely happy to provide this review on the 14-day tour of some key attractions of Sri Lanka, a tour managed and organised by Mango Vacations. My wife and I booked this only a few days before the scheduled departure date and from the very first enquiry Nadeeka of Mango Vacations has been most helpful in making everything very clear about the tour. He was very courteous and professional in every regard.
Now comes to the tour where Thilina (our Guide) and Rohitha (our Chauffeur) took in charge of the travelling in the country. Being a small group tour made things very easy in a comfortable van which was arranged by Mango Vacations.
Thilina met us at the hotel in Negombo after making vital introduction on the first day and from that day he has cared for the two of us in every possible way. He checked on our wellbeing every day throughout the tour and was extremely courteous, generous and professional! Every day (night before the departure), Thilina made very clear to us where we are heading, places of interest that will be visited, where we are staying etc and hence made the whole tour a breeze. We found his company a most pleasant experience. I wish him well for a great future as a tour guide. Rohitha was excellent and generous too. He always had a smile on his face and drove us from place to place in a very caring manner.
On the whole, this 14-day tour met our expectations to the highest level. We visited some of the amazing places as stated in the tour guide: visited iconic places and historic sites, saw lots of wildlife, took some challenges in climbing mountains and enjoyed the unique food and beauty of Sri Lanka. Our tour was well paced so that there was adequate time to relax as well.
We highly recommend Mango Vacations and this tour to those who would like to see Sri Lanka.

13 amazing days in Sri lanka - We had the pleasure of doing a 13 day tour with Mango Vacations in April 2025. Our holiday exceeded all expectations with absolutely not a complaint. HASANKA was our guide and was an absolute joy to spend our time with. Hasanka spoke excellent English, really knew his stuff, drove amazingly safe, had an incredible sense of humour and he GENUINELY wanted us to have a memorable holiday in Sri Lanka - thank you Hasanka for the amazing time we had with you - Shaun and Debra (Australia).

Fabulous trip, great guide, wonderful Sri Lanka - What a wonderful trip we had visiting beautiful Sri Lanka. Vishwa,our guide was an accommodating, engaging, punctual, knowledgeable guide. He was flexible with itinerary when we needed it and a safe and competent driver on the challenging city and country roads.. We appreciated Vish sharing his passion for Sri Lankan culture, history and wildlife. Vish would give us a thorough briefing before each outing and through his extensive network across the country organises the best guides.
He is a positive, generous sort of a guy. Always smiling even with the early starts, and late finishes across our 11 day trip.
I would highly recommend Vish as a guide to anyone touring Sri Lanka

standard 13-day group tour through Sri Lanka - I joined a standard 13-day group tour through Sri Lanka as a female solo traveller. Our driver Pavithra and our guide Thili were super sweet and took good care of us. They were well-organized and punctual, and everything went smoothly and hassle-free. I felt safe with them.
All hotels were excellent and exceeded my expectations. However, some of them were located away from anything else with no food options nearby. The hotel for the 2 nights in Bentota was very far away from the beach, so I booked myself into a 10 USD homestay for 1 night in order to be able to enjoy the beach and get food.

Fabulous trip highly recommend - We booked our Sri Lanka adventure with Mango Vacations. Nadeeka helped us plan and advised us on what was available to do. The hotels he booked were very good as was the included meals at selected hotels. We all enjoyed the optional tours we did. Our guide Lakee was very considerate and very polite. He looked after us very well and went above and beyond on several occasions. Our driver Lochana was a very skilled careful driver. We always felt safe. He was also our guide for the last week of our tour. He did a really good job.
We would highly recommend using Mango Vacations when considering an adventure in Sri Lanka. Mango Vacations made our tour very memorable.

Great tour with some drawbacks - We went on this tour in April. We were the only 2 on the tour which had pros and cons. It meant the activities could be more better tailored to our interests which was great. However, I think our guide became somewhat complacent, neglecting to impart all the interesting information usually offered on a tour.
Unfortunately, on day 9 of our tour, we were also informed our tour guide and driver would leave us (I don't believe this was their choice). We were given a driver to take us to our last location of Bentota, but it meant we had to research what we wanted to do and see. I found this very disappointing.
Other than that, the tour was great with fabulous activities and accommodation.
