One day in the McLaren Vale - Fantastic experience! Recommend to everyone in the area! Fun time with Geoff. Great wines, great people, great food!!!

Fantastic tour company. - We did two tours with Bums on Seats, both were fantastic. Our guides Manni and Deep were informative, welcoming, knowledgeable and all round amazing. I highly recommend this company for outstanding tours around Adelaide. Brad and Linda

McLaren treat - Manee was especially well informed and interested in us. The selection of Wine makers covered a range of sizes and all wine makers were engaging and informative. The lunch was excellent. The Dali museum was a special treat, and the wine quality excellent. We enjoyed the day even when sunny and 35.C

great day out - What a great day out. Paul started our day with a trip to Mt Lofty, what spectacular views. Had brunch at Hahndorf with a little shopping, Victor Harbour for a ride on horse drawn tram and some more beautiful views. It was a day full of scenery, history, jokes and laughter. It was one of the most memorable days with Paul's knowledge and history.

Simply the best - Glenn with the double n!! You are the best tour guide...we had such a good day with you. So accommodating and knowledgeable (even with our ridiculous questions)!! We were all very sad the tour had to end! Thank you for making my birthday weekend unforgettable!!

Only just got my bum on the seat! - Good trip, driver good, not too chatty. Good variety of stops great lunch.

Local area trip and down to Victor Harbour. - It was essentially a chauffeur service to locations with very little commentary. Ok price wise with one person but in hindsight with two or more a hire car would have been better, cheaper and saw places at our own pace. Liked the “Cube”, but again could have driven there. For a whole day trip would have been great to be provided with a 50 cent bottle of water but was ok as we brought our own.

Disappointing. - We were a group of 5 people who travelled from Melbourne and booked this tour as part of a 50th birthday celebration. We were supposed to have lunch at Oxenberry Farm wines but due to some unforeseen issue they had to change the venue at the last minute and took us to a cafe in a shopping centre next to Coles. When we should have been drinking wine and looking at a beautiful view, we were drinking water and looking out at a car park.
We would have been happy to eat at any of the other wineries we visited, none of which were very busy but apparently this wasn't an option. Between the 5 of us we paid almost $1000 for this tour and while I understand that unexpected events make changes to the itinerary unavoidable at times, a Plan B more in line with what we thought we were paying for should have been found. We've contacted the tour company privately to express our disappointment and request some sort of compensation for the winery lunch we didn't receive but they keep saying they'll speak to management and no one ever gets back to us. The choice of lunch venue really impacted our enjoyment of the day, and for the company to then ignore our feedback is very unprofessional. Make sure you confirm your itinerary at the start of the day to avoid the same disappointment.
