Great guidance and support in a place where the language barrier can sometimes feel overwhelming - We booked the tickets with Authentic China Tours and we loved our collaboration with Miss Sunflower Li. She communicated very nicely to us and sent us the tickets in a timely manner via Whatsapp. She also provided us with a full guide o when to visit, which entrance we should choose, how to get there and around the palace and many other very useful details. Wonderful day trip - Wonderful experience. The organization was perfect. We spend a very good time at the summer palace. Miss Li managed the tickets and gave us important informations. For a good experience you need more than 4 hours.

Helpful and informative - I had an excellent experience with Miss Li, very professional and helpful! Guidance to get to the entrance was accurate and the information on how to get to the attractions inside were very helpful as well. Price was well worth it to get tickets as the uncertainty of availability on the day is always worrying. It was also enjoyable to not have to mess around trying to sort out tickets on arrival. All three tickets required were provided and explains the day prior. I stayed for around three hours and managed to make my way around the entire park so very worth while visit. Response time was prompt and helpful definitely would recommend booking!!
