Awesome day, great guide! - This was a great day. The tour operator communicated well regarding our pick up location and time. The drive to the park was very good, it was an excellent way to see the local scenery. The roads in the park are rough, so expect to be jostled around. Ishan was very diligent at trying to find the animals for us. Unfortunately we didn't see any leopards, but we did see elephants (including a baby), lots of birds, water buffalo and beautiful scenery. Ishan was very cognizant of the time we needed to be back for the ship and he had us back in lots of time, without cutting anything short. All in all, a really fun day! Highly recommend 😊

2025 Yala National Park Safari Tour From Hambantota port - Our Yala National Park safari was absolutely incredible! From the moment we set off, Ishan impressed us with his deep knowledge of the wildlife and expert tracking skills. He made sure we had front-row seats to some truly unforgettable moments. We saw herds of elephants, crocodiles basking in the sun, and even a sloth bear—something we never expected! But the highlight was definitely the leopard sighting. Ishan read the signs perfectly, positioning our jeep in just the right spot. After a few minutes of anticipation, a magnificent leopard emerged from the bushes and crossed right in front of us! The entire experience felt like something out of a nature documentary. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or safari. Highly recommend this tour!

The great safari experience - This was hands down one of the best safari experiences we’ve ever had! Ishan was an exceptional guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and so skilled at spotting wildlife. Throughout our tour, we encountered elephants up close, saw a variety of exotic birds, and even witnessed a mother crocodile protecting her hatchlings. But what made the experience truly unforgettable was the thrilling leopard sighting. Ishan noticed fresh leopard tracks on the dirt road and expertly predicted where it might appear. Sure enough, within minutes, a stunning leopard emerged from the dense jungle and walked right past our jeep! The excitement was unreal. If you're looking for a well-organized, once-in-a-lifetime safari, this is it. Thank you, Ishan, for making our day so special!

Great tour of Yala with elephant sightings. - Awesome experience in Yala. So nice to see all of the wildlife from the comfortable jeep. The guide was great at scouting out the wildlife. Saw 6 elephants!

"Perfect Safari for Nature Lovers" - "If you love nature and wildlife, this tour is for you! Yala Dreams provided excellent service from start to finish. The vehicle was comfortable, and the guide made sure we had great wildlife sightings. We were lucky enough to see elephants, crocodiles, and even a majestic leopard. A truly unforgettable experience! "

Thoroughly enjoyable jeep safari to Yala - This was an excellent trip. Pick up from port was earlier than programmed so no hanging around and on the road 30 mins early. There were six guests in a jeep with a roof covering so we had shade throughout. Each guest received a large bottle of water, a breakfast box and a bottle of cola during the trip. The driver Bodie was also our guide and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was in constant contact with his colleagues once inside the park so could take us to where there were sightings. His knowledge and patience meant we had plenty of sightings. Multiple elephants, macaques, water buffalo, Bambi (as he referred to them), crocodile, antelope, mongoose, pelican, stork, heron, eagles, egrets and multiple other birds that he could identify. We did spot a leopard and got a photo but it was hiding in a bush but as we were on a late tour (from the port) we hadn’t expected to see one so it was a bonus. Would highly recommend

Great safari - We had a great safari. We got to see elephants, water buffalo, spotted deer, crocodiles and other wildlife. They provided us a bottle of water, coke and a snack at the start of the trip. Overall, a great experience.

We had a lovely time on... - We had a lovely time on our Yala safari. Saw plenty of animals, including elephants, mongoose, deer, buffalo. The elephants in particular were amazing to see. The drive was quite scenic too. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

They organize our tour a-z and gave to us amazing experience❤️ - They organize our safari in A -Z In very well.they arrange to us some delicious foods and their safari service is amazing.our guide and all team members are very humble and gave to superb service.and we saw may kinds of animals..thanks again

Great alternative to shore excursion. - An alternative to a very expensive cruise shore excursion. Not guaranteed to see a leopard but pretty sure to see elephants. There was no binoculars as said in the ad. Only a driver so no guide to be on the lookout. No radio between drivers to inform others of sightings. We were relieved to see 1 elephant-but other groups saw a herd of 12 elephants at a waterhole & 2 leopards!! We felt disappointed after that. Apparently Viator will guarantee getting you back to the ship which is a great consideration. We felt it could have been better though with forms of communication between drivers. Also a way to talk to the group as we were in the truck bed and driver in the cab. Had to bang on window to get his attention.
