Beautiful boat trip by night - The guide was so much fun and very motivated. We enjoyed our trip and the beautiful city of Hamburg by night. We would highly recommend a tour with Gregor's! If German is not your mother tongue, the explanations might be a bit hard, depending on your language skills because the tour guides is making a lot of jokes, puns and is speaking in Hamburg dialect.

authentic and beautiful - The guide is an authentic sailor from Hamburg and gives the Tour that special nautic touch. His commetary is entertaining and on point and the informations provided about the harbour and Hamburg in general are very interessting. Also the route gives you a good inside into the port and includes some amazing views.

Amazing! - The almost 2h boat trip was amazing! You need to understand German, because everything is told in german. Lots of humor, spontaneous routes and interesting facts around the harbor of hamburg! would totally recommend as an romantic evening activity.

good - The trip was made in a cosy boat and was very nice. You don't get so close to the big ships in the harbor and then in the dark with all the lights, great! Only the fact that we booked the tour to see the Speicherstadt in the dark with light and that it didn't work was annoying. You should be informed in advance that the boats will not go into the Speicherstadt during high tide! The Tiedenkallender is well known ...

Great views, need more English tour options, especially for the Night tour - We loved the tour locations and views, but couldn’t understand a single part of the tour because it was all in German. When I booked, the receipt and items were in English. I recall seeing that items would be in both English and German, but I must have been mistaken. There was only one night option and I really wanted to see the harbor lit up at night, so I booked it. Even without being able to understand the tour guide, we had a great time seeing the container ships and canals up close. :)

Cannot recommend - way too crowded! - Cannot recommend. They booked way too many people to maximize profits on a very small boat. I booked this trip with my partner to enjoy a romantic drive through the harbor, instead we were forced into a crowded and loud boat. There is only a small amount of rows of seats. Each seating area only provides 2 seats which are located directly at the windows of the boat. The other 2 seats per row are located in the center of the boat, away from the windows. The first ~1/3 of passengers who board the ship get to pick the "good" window seats. The rest will be stuck in the center seats in which you will have no good view of anything. Furthermore, you will be squeezed into the rows with random people instead of getting to enjoy some romantic one-on-one time. It is loud, you can barely have a conversation with the person next to you or hear the guide talk through the speakers. People use distracting flash on cameras and staff does not care about it. It feels like a regular ride on the bus/train during rush hour. All in all a very disappointing experience and feels like a waste of money. To me, it seems that the quality suffers severely because the organizers want to maximize profit by squeezing as many passengers on board as possible. The next day, we took another ride for the same price with a competing ferry tourline. There, we had a completely different experience: Open room, not too many people, no distractions. I can only recommend avoiding this one and booking something else with more space and less crowd!

Got Off before Start! - Got off the boat bfore start. 8 Seats outside. The rest inside very close by. You have to wear the Mask the whole time and 8 people in the row. Not much so see through the windows. Avoid it. Take one of the bigger boat with lots of outside seating!

Never ever again!!! - The visitors and the crew didn't pay any attention to Corona - they didn't wear masks! The boat was overfilled and there was no air circulation... We weren't able to go to the Speicherstadt which wasn't the crews fault but they could have told us that before the tour started so we could have cancelled the tour.
