Enjoyable day at incense village, lacquer village and hat making experience. - Lou Lou was very knowledgeable and engaging with a fantastic sense of humour. The driver too, was lovely. It was one of the best experiences we've had

Amazing Cultural Tour with an Incredible Guide - We had an amazing tour in Hanoi with Lulu as our guide. She took us to the Incense Village and Hat Making, and it was such a unique and memorable experience. Lulu was incredibly nice, kind, and patient throughout the whole day. She explained the history and traditions behind each place in a way that was both informative and easy to understand, which made us appreciate the culture even more. She was always helpful, whether it was answering our questions, guiding us through the activities, or making sure we were comfortable. What stood out most was how genuine and warm she was—it felt less like being on a tour and more like exploring with a friend. Thanks to Lulu, we left Hanoi not only with wonderful memories but also with a deeper understanding of its culture and people.

An Amazing Vietnam Experience - Lulu was such an informative and proactive tour guide. Our group consisting of 34 people from the Philippines were truly satisfied of how she handled us during our group tour. She's fluent in speaking English language making it easier for all us to understanding each other--- plus she knows a little bit of Filipino words. Highly recommended 1000000/10 ⭐️

Very nice tour with a great Loulou guide - A very entertaining, very nice and very instructive tour, with a perfect Loulou guide throughout and very friendly, which lets us know more about the manufacture of incense and Vietnamese hats

Incense Village and Conical Hat Tour - I hifhly recommend this tour. Our guide Loulou is very accommodating and there was never a dull moment. The driver, Mr. Viet navigates the road well.

Incense Village and Hat Making Tour - We had a fantastic time on the Incense Village and Hat Making tour! Loulou was a wonderful guide. She is warm, knowledgeable, and fun to be with. The tour was both unique and insightful and Mr. Dung was an excellent, safe driver. Highly recommended!

Perfect for getting to live the village life in Vietnam with nice people - It's a great experience for those looking to learn more about the culture in Vietnam. The guide Loulou was friendly and professional, and seemed really passionate about her job. The driver Mr Dung was also great and knew the roads very well.
