Wonderful - Many thanks to our guide Louisa and driver Dung for their enthusiastic and lively guidance in leading everyone through the activities, allowing us to experience Vietnamese festival culture and the traditional craftsmanship process. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Fantastic cultural experiences for whole family - Absolutely wonderful tour with fantastic tour guides Luisa and Dung. They were so kind and informative. We did this tour with our 9-year-old child and it was really a perfect experience for kids - lots of hand-on experiences and learning. Lunch was delicious as well. Everything was well organized and on time. I very highly recommend!

very good trip in today. - Today our guide Miss Louisa. Very friendly. Affable. Strong leadership. The analysis of attractions is also detailed. The atmosphere was very much in tune. English is very strong. Very authentic English accent, very happy to help group take photos. Weak time control throughout. He also heard a lot of friends reward him. The fellow drivers were also polite. Driving safe. Pick up and drop off. Look at them as the best pair. The car is new and clean today. It's worth a compliment.

Fun day with funny Louisa - We had such a lovely experience with Louiza! Her sense of humor made the whole day even more enjoyable, and she created a relaxed and fun atmosphere throughout the trip. The day tour to the local Vietnamese villages was truly beautiful and gave us a wonderful glimpse into everyday life.
A special mention to our driver, Dong, who drove very smoothly and safely the entire time. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the journey even more pleasant.
Overall, a fantastic day — highly recommended!

Hanoi Trip - Our hat making and incense village tour in Hanoi was such a wonderful experience. The travel to the tourist spots was smooth, and we had a very comfortable ride, which made the day even more enjoyable.
We really loved learning about the history and craftsmanship behind the traditional conical hats, and the incense village was just as fascinating. It felt authentic and immersive, not just a typical tourist stop.
A special thank you to Andy, our guide, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience even better with his clear explanations and warm personality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful cultural experience in Hanoi.

Good experience with wonderful guide and driver - Louisa our guide and our driver Dung was really friendly. Louisa spoke great English and answered any questions we might have for the tour. Both of them were very kind and friendly. Highly recommend for first time travellers.
