Highly recommended - Kelly our tour consultant did an amazing job curating this tour for our small family. June, our tour guide in Hangzhou is a genuinely nice and caring young lady whom took good care of my elderly parents, ensuring they were comfortable throughout the trip which was wonderful. Our driver was also a very pleasant guy, soft spoken and our car was really comfortable and clean. Had massage features and spacious for the 3 of us!

Great experience - Our guide (Ms. Saron)/driver (Mr. Chen), arrived on time and kept the day running smoothly. The information shared was concise, helpful, and easy to follow, and their attentive care made the entire trip enjoyable. When unexpected problem came up, they stayed calm, provided creative solutions, and kept us on schedule. If you’re looking for a reliable and informative experience, this is a great choice.

Amazing trip to Hangzhiu - The trip was fantastic and super matching with the expectations.
The lunch with the guide was great, it was the best selection and the restaurant is amazing also.
The guide was so kind and supportive, he took many good photos for me and thoroughly described the places wevisited.

Amazing Experience - can't wait to go back! - Absolutely loved this trip. May who was our guide was amazing. We covered so many things in one day and the agency was very accommodating to our requests. We were able to customise our itinerary based on what we wanted to see and they organised everything else. May was also attentive to detail and was overall an amazing tour guide, super friendly and professional too. Would definitely recommend this agency :) - from Adelaide, Australia

A memorable trip - We were on 8 days tour package Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou & Nanjjng with Your Way Holiday. Iris our travel agent representative was fantastic. From the day we arranged the tour with her n when we were in Hangzhou. Our travel guide in Shanghai. Hannah was very good too. We looking forward to our next stop - Suzhou & Nanjing.

Delightful Guide in Hangzhou - Derek our tour guide made our trip to Hangzhou delightful. He is knowledgeable, informative and very entertaining in recounting the history of the Linying Temple and explaining the various statues depicting the 4 heavenly guardians, KuanYin and Buddha. A definite 5 star for him.
The Westlake performance which we requested to be included in our tour is a big disappointment. Enduring Memories of Hangzhou (the show we watched) was not Zhang Yimou’s Impressions of Westlake (the show we wanted to watch).
It seems the former replaced the latter in 2016. The former contained western classical music and ballet such as Swan Lake, Beethoven and Clair de lune etc As foreign tourists, the foreign content has no relevance to Hangzhou at all.

Guide BONNIE recommended! - Our former visit to Hangzhou was more than 35 years ago. As Hangzhou had developed immensely, gladly we had a wonderful excursion on 3rd April, 2024 guided by BONNIE! Bonnie received us most friendly, shared the beauties of Hangzhou. Her knowledge of english language is excellent, her good mood is contagious! We cannot recommend BONNIE enough - she's a real treasure! With all our best wishes, thank you again, Bonnie!

Wonderful day at picturesque Hangzhou - We had an awesome day in Hangzhou. Nancy was an expert guide. The tour was well planned and the sights were breathtaking. We have taken hundreds of photos as every angle afforded a picturesque view. And Nancy really 'framed the views'.
We had a lovely lunch of authentic local cuisine at a little village restaurant. The food was amazing.
It was a seamless experience booking with Your Way Holiday. They were very responsive to inquiries and arranged our train tickets from and back to Shanghai. We were happy, and so we booked another tour with them. This to Nanjing.

Informative and comfortable - Had a great time with both the Hangzhou and Xian Guides from Your Way Holiday. Guides are passionate about what they do - which i think is super important. They are also knowledgeable and answer our burning questions~ we had a memorable time learning about the history of China. Everything was taken care of nicely, so very relaxing.

Hangzhou - Heaven on Earth - My husband and I had a wonderful time revisiting Hangzhou, after 30 years. We could set our own timetable. Which made it very pleasant. The van provided was clean and spacious. Could not have asked for more. The driver was very professional and our English speaking tour guide, Sam, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and polite. He was also a great photographer and helped us take some photos to preserve memory of our visit.
