• West Lake (Xi Hu) - West Lake, also known as Xihu, is a freshwater lake located in Hangzhou, China. Positioned to the west of the former walled city of Hangzhou, the lake covers an area of 6.39 km² (2.47 sq mi), extending 3.2 km (2.0 mi) from north to south and 2.8 km (1.7 mi) from east to west. The lake features four causeways, three man-made islands, and Gushan, the sole natural island. The lake is encircled by gentle hills on the north, west, and south sides, with the Leifeng and Baochu pagodas standing on the south and north banks, respectively. Renowned temples, such as Lingyin and Jingci, are nestled in the mountains to the west of the lake.

• Guo’s Garden - Guozhuang Garden, a classic Jiangnan private garden on the west bank of West Lake in Hangzhou, is celebrated as the “Crown of West Lake Classical Gardens.” Constructed in 1907 during the late Qing Dynasty, it harmoniously combines elegant architecture, tranquil waters, and delicate rockeries, offering a serene and exquisite Jiangnan landscape with uninterrupted views of West Lake.

This ancient village, over 600 years old, is a premier protected area for West Lake Longjing, China’s renowned green tea. It features more than 160 teahouses and the Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall. Spring is an ideal time for tea tasting and picking fresh Longjing leaves, surrounded by rolling green hills.
