How to Collect Tickets?
Once your e-ticket is issued online, you can collect a paper ticket with your original ID document at the ticket office, starting from 18:00 on the day of the show. The ticket office is conveniently located opposite Yue Fei Temple at the performance venue. A pick-up transfer service is available.

• ID documents (passport/Chinese ID card/Travel Permit) are necessary for booking the ticket and entry.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued.
• Seats are assigned randomly; specific seating requests cannot be accommodated.
• In the event the show is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, such as rainstorms, thunderstorms, geological hazards, or equipment failures, a full refund will be provided.
