Transfers from Airport to Hotel
Upon arrival at the airport, either the driver or an airport attendant will welcome the passenger at the exit gate outside the arrival lobby, holding a name board.

Transfer from Hotel to Airport/or Hotel to Hotel
The driver will park at the location specified by the passenger.

• You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
