Great airport transfers - The pick up at the airport was smooth. Our flight was delayed and queue at immigration was long, but driver waited.
We also had pickup from hotel to airport and driver was on time.
The interior of the cars were clean and neat.
Drivers can speak English and are polite.

Great service 🙏 - The driver came from a carpark not in waiting area. He wll call you on your phone via WhatsApp. Make sure you have wifi. We had to ask the airport information booth to help. Once she connected us to airport wifi the driver could contact us. Poor guy it didn't help that our luggage took 1 hr + to come out. The service from Danny ws good. Got us to our holtel as promised 👍

Efficient with excellent communication - Excellent and efficient service. My flight was very delayed but it wasn’t a problem. Great communication via WhatsApp. I couldn’t get on to the internet but they found me anyway.

Great Service - We used Danny's transport several times during our recent family trip to Vietnam. From airport pick up and drop off to private driver to and from Ninh Binh. Danny provides an excellent service- punctual, reliable and great communication. Danny is quick to reply to messages- even helps to translate whilst transport is occurring. Highly recommended.

Punctual, reliable, comfortable and friendly car service in Hanoi. - A friend from USA who now lives in Vietnam recommended Danny’s car service. Danny and is team of drivers made our trip in Hanoi and to and from the surrounding areas so amazing. We went on multiple trip from Hanoi to Nin Binh and to Ha Long Bay and back. He and his team were always punctual and communicative and friendly! The vehicles are well maintained, clean and comfortable. The prices were affordable too. And we saved a lot more time versus taking a bus tour to the sights we wanted to go to. It felt like a luxury having private, reliable car service at a great value.

Clear directions and Assurance - Traveling to Vietnam with family is often times a little more stressful. When someone recommended using a car service we weren't sure, but so fortunate and glad we chose Danny Pham Travel. They were extremely communicative and provided clear directions and assurance. Would recommend!

Excellent communication and service - When you are booking in a foreign country good communication is really important.
Danny Phan understands this and can not be faulted for responding to you and ensuring that you feel secure in knowing that he will be waiting at the right place at the right time.
We had an airport pick up and tomorrow we are off to Pu Luong.

Reliable airport transfer - Easy to communicate with and very reliable. My flight was delayed and his driver waited for me. We didn’t get to hotel until 1am and driver was friendly and helpful.
