Awesome Tour at Hanoi - I booked a 1-day Tour from Klook "Trang An & Bai Dinh, Hang Mua Day Tour from Ha Noi" just a day in advance, but Ms. Quyen from the travel agency arranged everything promptly and seamlessly. Our tour guide, T.A., was entertaining and excellent. The entire trip went smoothly with no delays. Highly recommended!

Trang An experience blow my breath away - I booked this tour via Klook 4 days before my scheduled date. Immediately after my booking confirmed, Hinnie contacted me to confirm my booking details and explain all the other things related to the tour so nicely. We start the tour exactly as scheduled with a very nice minibus. Our first stop is a local workshop for disabled and you could buy local Vietnam craft there, or filled in your stomach if you haven't managed to get breakfast. By 10AM our group arrived in Bai Dinh pagoda. It's such a huge place so we need to take a boogie car (not included in the tour) to go inside the main area. Our guide said we might need 7 hour to explore all the place in this temple. So we just go around Arhat corridors, Guanyin temple, and Buddha temple. But there's several instances when you could take picture of the main pagoda from afar. And you might want to bring your fans here as there's not much wind when I'm there. Around 15 minutes away from Bai Dinh, we have buffet lunch in one of the restaurants available in the area. I'm not sure about the taste as there's no halal dietary options yet. But they give you ample time to taste and take the food as you want to. And our tour also get a VIP room, it's more private but not making it easier for people to go back and forth to the buffet area. After that we go to Trang An landscape, and what I experience in Trang An could make this trip worth every penny I paid for. We got a 2 hours ride, with 3-5 people capacity boat, rowed by local people. During this ride we could experience breath taking view of Trang An landscape, and boating below several stalactites caves. They also prepared umbrellas on the boat if the sun is too much for you. Our last stop is Mua Cave, and for this stop you should prepare your legs. Because you need to high ~500 steps up, and mind you for 160cm girl like me, the steps are kinda high. But if you're not prepared for hiking, there's other option for you to take instagram worthy pictures in their wide lotus lakes. There's also many outfit rental outside because I saw many people doing their photoshoot session here. When I come by end of June some of the Lotus already bloomed and I think they'll fully bloomed soon. Overall this is such a nice experience, and Hinnie is very helpful throughout my tour preparations and after services. Thanks a lot!

A trip to remember - I really enjoyed our trip to ninh binh. given that the place is majestic as it it, the 2hr road trip is less boring with our tour guide being so energetic and welcoming. I commend sir Bao, as he is very polite, hospitable, and gives trivias to the places we went, and + points as he is very good in english, every tourist in the bus really felt included! the van that we rode to ninh binh is also very comfortable to sit and sleep with, and it comes with complimentary water to quench your thirst along the journey. over all, this experience is a 10/10 for us. If ever we got the chance to come back in ninh binh, we will surely rebook this group tour! thank you so much for making us love vietnam even more! more power and may this business flourish and make more people around the world, of different races, put smile on their faces! kudos! and God speed!! 🩷

Day tour: Bai Dinh Pagoda -Trang An -Mua Cave - We took the Ninh Binh Day tour from Ha Noi and that was an amazing experience on our recent visit to Vietnam! The operator Hinnie was very well organised and super supportive. After booking the tour she sent me all the information and followed up until we finish the tour. Very good communication. Our guide was very friendly and engetic too. The lunch was very tasty and we really enjoyed it. Really satisfied with the tour and highly recommend for anyone.

Tour to Ninh Binh - I took part in a day trip from Ningping to Hanai. The car picked us up to the hotel on time, the nine-seater car was very comfortable. Alice of SST Travel provided clear instructions and attention in advance, the driver and the tour guide were also very friendly. Long An cruise boat and Mua mountain climb can see beautiful scenery, recommend this day tour.

Full Day Tour to Bai Dinh Padoga - Trang An - Mua Cave with Lunch with Duc! :) - Elbiee was our operator and she was very attentive to details and always give prompt response. She texted me way in advance to confirm the booking which is very useful and thankful for the remainder. She constantly check in with me to ensure I received updated details. She explained the itinerary in greats details. Our assigned tour guide was Duc and he was good! Learn quite a number of things from him and happy to gain more knowledge on Vietnam. Duc always make sure that we are safe and sound. Perhaps something for them to consider is to share the appropriate clothes to be worn in the Klook Activity to allow others to prepare ahead. The weather was quite hot and humid so we really perspire a lot. But overall, good experience and definitely recommending it to others especially w our tour guide, Duc! Cheers both! :)

Good experience in Ninh Binh Day Tour - Good experience with the day tour to Ninh Binh. Guide was well informed. As we were Vegeterians (no meat/fish), it was bit difficult to consume the lunch buffet provided in the tour as there are limited Veg items. Pls work on the same. Also, Hinnie was super efficient on whatsapp during the booking and provided multiple options
