This tour offers travelers the opportunity to visit and explore the most stunning landscapes in the northeastern region of Vietnam. Ban Gioc Waterfall, situated in the east-west of Vietnam within Cao Bang province, straddles the border between Vietnam and China. Renowned for its natural splendor, Ban Gioc Waterfall attracts millions of both domestic and international visitors who come to admire its beauty. Visitors can also explore Nguom Ngao Cave, located approximately 4km south of Ban Gioc Waterfall. In the Tay language, Nguom Ngao translates to Tiger Cave, as locals claim the sound of the running stream inside resembles a tiger’s roar. This cave is also known as Wind Cave due to the fast-flowing underground stream that creates a gust of wind and a loud echo within the mountains. The cave was discovered by some French explorers and Vietnamese mandarins during their visit to Ban Gioc Waterfall in 1921.
