Great coffee class with Itis - We had a great coffee class with Iris! She showed us how to make salt coffee, egg coffee, and coconut coffee. She also showed us how to make coffee art on the foam with chocolate syrup! We had a great time and tasty coffee!

Learn how to make vietnamese coffees at cafe minh - Wow what a great workshop! While travelling in vietnam for a month I was wondering how to make the egg coffee, salted coffee and the coconot coffee with the phin. Ruby thaught me all of this and now I have the recipe to make this at home and impress my friends :) We were just two in the workshop and it cost 14$, which was a 100% worth it!

A must do for Hanoi! - This was such a great experience to learn from Ruby all about the history and methods of making Vietnamese coffee. Highly recommend for anyone who’s enjoyed their coffees here in Vietnam and wants to learn more. It was a lovely activity with just three people and we didn’t feel rushed at all. One of my trip highlights!

Vietnamese coffee making experience - You can make three kinds of coffee. The class is in English only, but I think the teacher's English is easy for Japanese to hear!

Easy "Rest Day" Activity - Perks: - Getting to experience the process of making the famous Egg coffees was quite fun! Made me appreciate each subsequent cup of coffee more - Evelyn (host) was friendly, speaks (english) well and shared anecdotes about Vietnams history with coffee - our group of 7 was considered large, which means each session will be nice and cozy for you. Cons(iderations) - beyond their control, but the June heat was painful! Best if you have a fan prepared in advance. - climbing up the stairs + low chairs may be a concern for some folks. Space is not wheelchair accessible.
