Highly recommended tour company - Looking for a tour company for our northern Vietnam tour which will commence in 2 weeks and found this company, contacted them and they reply quickly and help me planned our tour. Corresponded with Daphne who helped me organize this tour. Everything was smooth from planning to payment. From airport transfer to our tours and tour guides.
Mei in Sapa who speaks very good and clear English and always caring to seniors in our group.
Leo for halong bay tour who is very kind, approachable, accommodating and very informative as well. The cruise boat is very nice, new and luxurious.
Paul for half day Hanoi city tour who book us the best sit to experience train street.
Bruno for nin binh tour who is very knowledgeable, professional and expert tour guide.
Lastly Mr. Bang our driver throughout our tours who doesn’t speak English but still very considerate of our needs. Always give us water, umbrella when it rains even strepsils when coughing. Always punctual as well.
Very recommended and credible tour company.

Recommend This Company - At their offices we had a custom tour arranged by Harley based on the specific things we wanted to see and experience. Everything was tailored for our specific interests down to the lodging. The guide they set us up with Canh was perfect. Even hosted us for a meal at his home. We havent been guided tour people in the past but this experience has changed our opinion on that. Perfect experience

100/100 Vietnam Tour Experience - I booked a tour with Harley that covers Halong Bay, Ninh Binh and Sapa as well, and everything was beautiful and perfect! I made new friends during my trave, and I especially love the breathtaking view in Sapa the most. I was informed of the full itinerary and was able to make adjustments based on my preference (I don't like too much physical activity and prefer an upgrade on the rooms where I will be staying). My internet banking did not work while I was in Vietnam, so I went to the office directly and Harley helped me booked all of my tours in one visit, and even my flight back home! She's very friendly and professional, I felt like I was talking to a friend, and during my whole trip I always felt safe and informed, including contact with the drivers who will pick me up, the tour guides, etc. She would check on whether everything was alright before, during and after the trip as well. She also helped me find a place to buy an umbrella when it was raining a lot in Hanoi. I would highly recommend. 100/100. Thanks Harley!

- I booked the Epic Tour including Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay and the Ha Giang Loop! What a great experience, and highly recommended to anyone with some extra time in Hanoi. I booked it all with Harley at Crossing Vietnam Tours in Hanoi. It was all organised and done in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Harley!

Remarkable experience in Northern Vietnam - We had a wonderful time during our 6 days tour in the North of Vietnam. We have received an excellent service from Crossing Vietnam Tour and in particular from our operator Harley who supported us since the beginning when planning our visit in Vietnam.
We had the possibility to visit iconic landmarks and to experience the life of local communities, all enriched by remarkable guides who shared with us the history and traditions of this wonderful land.
We strongly suggest to book and discover Vietnam with Crossing Vietnam Tour.

AMAZING TRIP!! Thank you Harley and Crossing Vietnam!!! - Our trip throughout Vietnam as well as a couple days in Siem Reap, Cambodia was fantastic!! We met wonderful people, saw beautiful landscapes, and had delicious food. Our entire itinerary was meticulously planned by Harley. She did an extraordinary job arranging EVERYTHING- hotels, tours, transport, flights between cities, etc. She even provided 24/7 support including seamlessly rearranging our schedule when a flight was unexpectedly changed. Harley is awesome!!! Our family may be sad that our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia is over, but we have so many amazing memories and photos to always treasure. Thank you so much Harley and Crossing Vietnam!!!

Hanoi Epic tour 6D5N Hanoi - Halong Bay - Ninh Binh - Sapa - I have almost completed my 2nd solo trip around the world in the past 21 months and my two week leg in Vietnam was Absolutely Amazing and packed with ADVENTURE!. It was the only leg where i completely took my hands off the wheel and put my trust in my Travel agent "Harley" who i had never met or even spoken with until i arrived in Vietnam. I had a U.S. travel agent who i gave a ruff outline of a few goals i had who then shared my wishes with Harley. Harley went above and beyond and even personsally met with me twice on the trip... one of the times she even escorted me to my train and made sure i was onboard and in the correct cabin. When i think of professional service in the future.... the standard Harley set will be the bar to exceed! I now consider Harley a friend and TRUSTED protector and I am grateful to have her on my TEAM! I say team because Harley coordinated my entire trip from North Vietnam to South and everything in between. She hired every driver, tour guide and cruise throughout the county. When i got in a bind and needed a shower after checking out of the hotel in the am and returning in the evening to gather my luggage before my next adventure she tried to get the hotel to give me a room for 30 minuets to shower before my next leg and when the hotel couldn't accommodate me she literally knocked on families doors in the neighborhood across the street until one family agreed to let me shower in their home. THAT IS ABOVE AND BEYONG CUSTOMER SERVICE. A personal THANK YOU agin my friend! your future is BRIGHT in the travel & service industry.

Fun and organized tour! Little to no stress - The trip was very structured and enjoyable, the guides were accomodating and very easy to communicate to, we got Daphne’s help and she guided us through Whatsapp every step of the way. The trip itself was fun and we got to do lots of activities with adequate amount of rest. I appreciate the team’s patience and convenience.
