Above and beyond - Our guide Vi was very accommodating and super helpful! The tour was fantastic and she went above and beyond to improve our experience. The pagoda was not open for visitors so she got us into a coffee shop on train st where we enjoyed drinks and experienced 2 trains! I also really enjoyed the night visit to the banana farm on the outskirts of town. Vi took pictures for us and helped to accommodate food allergies. Beyond the trip, Vi helped me locate a local pharmacy and a specific food that I have been looking for. She was great!

Excellent tour - Julian is a great guide and we learned a lot about Hanoi and Viet Nam from him. More stops would have been great as we really enjoyed the places where we had a stop. We really enjoyed the food and the banana farm.

Lovely half-day tour - This was an excellent tour, not too fast-paced, not too slow. My favorite part was visiting Banana Island and being hosted in a local house there. Both lunch and the free included drink were pretty good! Thank you Jay for being such a great guide, we appreciated your knowledge and friendliness!
