They can select fresh seafood such as shrimp, crabs, clams, or oysters, and have the chef prepare them in various styles, including grilled shrimp, steamed crabs, fried oysters with green onions, grilled scallops or clams, and unique fried glass noodles with shrimp. A cold cup of “bia hoi” or “draught beer” is included, as it pairs perfectly with seafood.
