Comfortable Ride - Very comfortable seats. The driver was very good felt very safe. We had a stop along the way to have a stretch food drinks ect. Very good company to go with.

It was a pleasant comfortable and affordable transfer method from Hanoi to Ninh Binh - Our 9 people bus is full yet still spacious and clean, each leather reclining seat is comfy. Our driver, darn, i forgot his name, is a perfect gentleman, he is punctual with his pick up and drop off schedule, he's courteous driving on the road, that is he rarely honks and rarely changing lane to weave through traffic and still got us to Ninh Binh within the 2 hours. He's also informative as he drove by certain interesting landscapes, that is only when you sit in the front seat next to the driver seat and show interests in the landscapes along the road. Otherwise he's respectful of your own present. I certainly recommend this bus and this company and would book again when I return to Hanoi.

Convenient - We had 2 different drivers.....one to Sapa and one to Hanoi. The driver to Sapa was very very fast and not really safe at all.....but we got there quickly 🤣🤣🤣. The driver to Hanoi was ok but he refused to drop us at our hotel as it was around the corner from another drop off so we had to walk. Not ideal but there really isn't a choice if u want to drive

Some seats are not for tall people - The seats next to the driver (less leg room) and the rear (not reclining ones) are not suitable for tall people (6ft); they result in a back ache. The people boarding last bear the brunt of these sub standard seats. When asked about why the seats are different, they give weird excuses about booking VIP seats. If you are tall, just ask the operator to ensure comfortable seats. The seat next to the door allows you to stretch your legs the most. The driver drove safely, the road is smooth and the pick up and drop off happens on time.

Danger - A horror!!!! - Dangerous driving Very unpleasant driver refusing to sit next door Driver refused to leave us in front of our hotel when there were no accessibility problems. Wanted to leave us more than 400 meters away Did the same with other passengers Threatened to take us back to the place of departure Didn't help women get suitcase out of the trunk Broken armrests Armchairs impossible to tilt Nin Bihn daily limousine is a horror!!!!

Last minute cancellation - You can’t cancel a booking at the last minute. We have a plane to catch and you give us no alternative. This is unacceptable and the last time I’ll book through you.
