A biking tour around the Tam Coc area offers a glimpse of the countryside village (approximately 30 minutes).
- Mua Caves - Continue the journey to Mua Cave, a site rich with fascinating stories. Climb 500 stone steps to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside and the Ngo Dong River, with a view extending all the way to Tam Coc.

Excellent ‘in a day’ tour. Best you can do in 10 hours! - Lois & driver were great, picked us up from our hotel, vehicle was lovely, we got taken everywhere we wanted and more, saw everything we wanted with good commentary along the way.
If you only have a day to cover Ninh Binh like us, this is the tour for you. For us it was worth the extra money for a private tour as you get so much more done and get back quicker. We had the whole day in Ninh Binh covered everything we wanted and the got back in time to do an evening in Hanoi and saw the trains on train street capping off an excellent day.
This tour is highly recommended. Especially if you are on the clock.

Great day in Ninh binh - We had a great day out to Ninh Binh with Lois! The day ran smoothly and effortlessly thanks to our guide and our driver. Lois was full of local knowledge, the sights were beautiful and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Full-Day Experience with an Exceptional Guide - Great full-day trip! Tu, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and always went out of his way to make us feel comfortable on this private tour. The experience had a perfect mix—everything from light hiking to meaningful cultural stops, plus the chance to try delicious local food. We had an amazing time. Highly recommend!

Great private tour to Ninh Binh - This was a great experience to Ninh Binh and highly recommend! My family of 4 (including two children ages 15 and 13) had a wonderful time and we were so glad we choose a private tour as we were able to move at our own pace and also didn’t have to wait for anyone at the different stops. The provided lunch at the restaurant was also excellent. Overall, highly recommend!

Full program on a private tour to Ninh Binh - Our guide was a young girl named Jerry. She gave us all the information of the sites in the car what was nice so we had time taking pictures.
I must admit, at times the tour felt a bit rushed, we had a tight schedule.
You get to see all the places as promised: Hua Lu Ancient Capital, Múa Cave and Tam Coc. The time at Múa Cave was too short since you don’t have enough time to climb up to the dragon because it’s very crowded up there. We didn’t mind, but I guess some other Instagram lovers would.
We especially loved the boat on the Ngo Dong River and the bicycle ride Bich Dong Pagoda.

A must see on your trip to Vietnam! - I highly recommend this private tour. Our tour guide Jason was wonderful! He adjusted our route to make sure we didn’t have to wait in too many lines and we hit the toughest spots first to beat the heat. He provided umbrellas and cold water to keep us cool and comfy. The AC in the car was definitely nice between sites in the April heat. We saw the Mua Cave, sailed down the Tam coc and 3 of its small caves and ended at the Bich Dong Pagoda. Everything g was absolutely beautiful! Jason took some incredible photos of me and my husband throughout the tour. Lunch was wonderful. This was certainly the highlight of our short trip to Vietnam.

Day trip to Ninh Binh - Our guide T.A was wonderful. He taught us so much about vietnams history and way of life as well the history of Ninh Binh. He was super attentive to our kids and we adjusted the days plans to suit our needs and energy levels as we were all exhuasted after walking up Mua Cabe in the heat. Highlight was the boat ride!
