Lovely and fully customised tour! - We really enjoyed the service!
We requested a tour very last minute and the company was able to find a guide for us in just a few hours.
We are traveling with a small baby in a carrier so we asked for a bit of a customised experience and it was delivered. Our lovely guide, a local student, Minh, showed us all the places that we asked for and more! He even found us a place for a quick lunch and recommended a few places for us to eat it during our stay.
He was knowledgeable and very passionate about Vietnam and the places that he showed us. We were definitely positively surprised by the whole experience.
I also love the idea of young people, like Minh, sharing their city and their experience with foreigners. I think it's a great way for them to practice their language skills and for us, visitors, to meet real local people.

A great way to spend half a day - I had a great tour with Hà, she was super informative and great company! I was happy to let her show me what she thought I should see and she did a great job. The pho we had for lunch was delicious too! 🧡 thank you!

Amazing Hanoi Experience! - I had an incredible time on the free walking tour through Hanoi! My guide Phượng (Louisa) was absolutely amazing – super friendly, funny, and full of interesting insights about the city. She shared so much knowledge in a relaxed and engaging way, and I really appreciated how flexible she was with the tour. It felt more like exploring Hanoi with a friend than with a guide. Totally recommend this experience!

Fun, Friendly, and Full of History! - We had such a great time on the Hanoi Private Walking Tour with our guide Louisa! She was super friendly and made the history of Vietnam and its people really come alive with her stories. We learned so much while also having a lot of fun exploring the city. It felt less like a tour and more like walking around Hanoi with a knowledgeable local friend. Highly recommend this experience if you’re visiting!

You’ll see Vietnam in a different light after this tour! - Tai and Ming, our tour guides, came early to pick us up straight from our hotel lobby and they even went to bring us to a local restaurant for breakfast!
Ming was very caring and attentive towards us. Upon hearing that my wife was not able to eat beef, Ming actually went the extra mile to order chicken pho from another restaurant for her which we greatly appreciated!
They made sure we were safe while crossing the roads to the attractions and provided many detailed explanations to us on the in and outs of Hanoi like how to cross the roads.
Tai, our main guide, was very knowledgable and provided so many interesting details that was just amazing to learn. He was very passionate about sharing the history of Vietnam with us and he did an excellent job organising the tour.
Both of our guides made sure that we were constantly well taken care of and were not neglected. Whenever my family was exploring the museums separately, they would also split up and approach each one of us to explain the history.
Overall, both Ming and Tai were exemplary guides and it was an incredibly eye opening experience that truly changed the way we viewed Vietnam as a country. We learnt an immense amount of history within those few hours and we cannot thank them enough for spending their personal time and effort to bring us around!
To the people who are planning to visit Hanoi, we highly recommend their services and would definitely engage them again! Do support them!
