A nice way to get a flavor of Hanoi - Our guide, Hien, speaks English very well, and provided an excellent commentary on the history of Viet Nam and its complicated and war torn history. The tour included a visit to the Ethnicity Museum, showing the many different groups of people isolated by the mountains. The tour also included the train shops, Ho Chi Mhm's Mausoleum, and a crazy goods market.

Wonderful Tour and Even Better Tour Guide!! - We only had a few hours to see Hanoi, but our guide Hien made it a great visit. We visited the Ho Chi Mihn mausoleum (outside grounds since the visiting period was earlier in the day), One Pillar Pagoda, drove through the Old Quarter and spent some time on Train Street having refreshments before experiencing the train passing (definitely a must do). Hien's explanation of events and culture, both current and historical, was educational for all of us. Working with Hien to arrange this Hanoi visit and several other visits within Vietnam (Ho Chi Mihn City, Hue/Hoi An and Halong Bay) went smoothly...and even when there were last minute changes to our itinerary, he was most accommodating. We will definitely work with Hien when we plan our next trip to Vietnam!! Thank you again, Hien.

Good Intro to Hanoi - This was a really good introductory tour of Hanoi, touching on most of what we thought were going to be the main sights. Hien was an informed and engaging guide, who speaks excellent English, and who was able to give us lots of information about the city, the sights and Vietnam as a country and culture. A most enjoyable, and informative, day appreciated by all of us.
