• Trạm Dừng Nghỉ Bách Dung - Take a 15-minute break near Cuc Phuong National Park in Ninh Binh before proceeding to Pu Luong.
• Trường Tiểu Học Ban Công - Khu Tôm - Arrive in Pu Luong around 11:00 AM and meet your local guide at the excursion’s starting point. Cross a suspension bridge to explore one of Pu Luong’s most picturesque villages, where the largest stream flows. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes, rice fields, and village life along the river. Look out for the giant water wheels, a remarkable creation by Vietnam’s ethnic minorities in the mountains.
• Bè Tre Suối Chàm - Reach Chieu Lau dam and enjoy a bamboo rafting adventure. Paddle upstream with locals and savor the experience. In Pu Luong, activities like dining or singing on bamboo rafts may seem enjoyable initially, but they carry real risks, especially when water levels rise or flow rapidly after heavy mountain rain. At Puluong Excursions, safety is a priority: Life jackets are mandatory at all times.

Cross to the other side of the river and embark on a 2km walk through rice fields and villages to complete a loop trail. During this leisurely morning stroll, learn about native herbs and plants such as sweet leaf vegetables, jackfruit, pickled eggplant, betel leaves, and areca nuts. • Quán Mộc Pù Luông - Reach the main road and proceed to Don Village, the heart of Pu Luong, for lunch with a stunning view. A set menu lunch is included (drinks are at your own expense). Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking the tour.
• Cung đường chữ S (Bản Đôn) - After lunch, enjoy a scenic drive through Don Village with a stop at Pu Luong’s iconic rice terraces, perfect for capturing memorable photos.
• Chom Lan village - As the journey continues, pass through Uoi hamlet, nestled humbly at the base of a towering mountain. This landscape promises to be a visual delight, potentially filling your phone’s memory card with its beauty.

Arrive at Lan Village, known as the “Kingdom of Thai People in Pu Luong,” home to around 100 Thai families. Opt for a leisurely bicycle ride around the village, observing their simple and humble daily activities, with a special focus on traditional brocade weaving. Engage with the locals and learn about their craft.

• Pu Luong Excursions - Around 4:00 PM, after completing the activities, your local guide will accompany you for part of the journey back. This is also their route home, providing a lovely opportunity to bid farewell after a meaningful day together. A 15-minute rest stop is included en route. Expect to arrive in Hanoi around 8:00–8:30 PM. The tour concludes.
