Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street - Following this, a walking tour through the city’s heart will take place, visiting Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple.
Temple of Literature & National University - The exploration of Hanoi’s historic center will be completed with a delightful cup of egg yolk coffee before visiting the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, established in 1070. Its well-preserved gardens and architecture provide an authentic glimpse into Vietnam’s history.
Vietnam Museum of Ethnology - Shortly thereafter, the tour will visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, one of Hanoi’s most fascinating museums, showcasing a wide array of items related to Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups, including traditional costumes, tools, musical instruments, and beautiful typical houses.
Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - In the afternoon, the tour will visit Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, where he lived from 1954 to 1969. Within the same complex, visitors will see the One Pillar Pagoda, a significant symbol for the people of Hanoi. To conclude the day, the tour will head to West Lake and Truc Bach Lake – also known as White Silk – separated by the picturesque Thanh Nien Street (Youth Street).
Chua Tran Quoc - At the end of Thanh Nien Street, the tour will visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, a classic Buddhist structure with 1,440 years of history, being the oldest in Vietnam, where visitors can offer a prayer to receive the Buddhas’ blessings.
Hang Gai Street (Street of Hemp) - At the end of the day, guests will enjoy a water puppet show at the theater. Finally, they will experience a “xich lo” ride to explore the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake – considered the heart of the capital – and the ancient streets whose names are linked to traditional products.
Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Trang An - Bich Dong - Hanoi
Ninh Binh - Breakfast at the hotel. Around 8:00 AM, the tour will depart for Hoa Lu, the former capital of Dai Co Viet (the ancient name of Vietnam). In Hoa Lu, two temples were built on the site of the old royal palace: one dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang and the other to King Le Dai Hanh. This visit offers a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s feudal dynasties and historical periods.
Trang An Landscape Complex - Next, the tour will head from Hoa Lu to Trang An, where guests will enjoy a 2-hour boat ride through the stunning landscapes of Vietnam’s first UNESCO-recognized cultural and natural heritage site.
Bich Dong Pagoda - The tour will then continue to Bich Dong Pagoda, where guests will discover three ancient pagodas dating back to the 17th century. Later in the day, a visit to a local market will provide insight into daily life in the northern Vietnamese countryside. Finally, the tour will return to Hanoi for the evening.
Hanoi - Halong Bay
Halong Bay - Breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, transfer to Halong Bay in a shared shuttle provided by the cruise. Upon arrival, guests will board the cruise and be welcomed with a refreshing drink while the captain presents the itinerary and safety instructions. A delicious lunch will be served as the boat sails toward the southwest area of Halong and Lan Ha Bays. In the afternoon, guests can participate in the included excursions offered by the cruise - a great opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the region. Later, on the sundeck, guests can join the exciting “Master-Chef Competition” and a fruit carving demonstration. This will also be the perfect time to admire the sunset over the enchanting Halong Bay as the boat anchors for the night. Then, enjoy a set menu dinner onboard, while the cruise manager shares the next day’s program. After dinner, guests may retire to their cabin or join the crew for a squid fishing session.
Halong Bay - Hanoi - Flight to Hue
Halong Bay - Begin the day with a Tai Chi class on the cruise’s sundeck, where complimentary tea and coffee are served. The gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi at dawn in the bay offer a chance to relax both body and mind while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
Hanoi - Shortly after, a light breakfast will be served onboard, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful meal as the cruise continues. Time will be available to join the final activities on board—whether exploring the last stops or simply relaxing on deck. Before checking out, enjoy a brunch onboard, savoring the last meal as the cruise makes its way back to the pier. After disembarkation, the journey back to Hanoi will begin.
Hue - Upon arrival in Hanoi, guests will have some free time before being transferred to the airport for their flight to Hue. On arrival in Hue, guests will meet their driver for a transfer to the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure to relax and enjoy as desired.
Hue City Tour
Hue Imperial City (The Citadel) - After breakfast, the exploration of this fascinating city will begin, starting with the Imperial City — a walled fortress designed as a replica of the Forbidden City of the Chinese Emperors in Beijing. As the tour passes through the Ngo Mon Gate, guests will enter the Purple Forbidden City, once reserved for the Nguyen royal family, who ruled from the 18th century until the mid-20th century. Sadly, much of the complex was destroyed during the 1968 American bombings in response to the Communist occupation of Hue.
Tomb of Khai Dinh - In the afternoon, the tour will visit the beautiful Thien Mu Pagoda, located at the confluence of the rivers, offering a wonderful view over the Perfume River and its surroundings. The tour will then continue to the tomb of Khai Dinh, a unique fusion of Western and Eastern architecture. If time allows, a visit to the Dong Ba Market will also be included.
Hue - Hai Van Pass - Da Nang - Hoi An
Hai Van Pass - After breakfast, the journey by car to Hoi An will begin, passing through breathtaking scenery along the way. The first highlight is the Hai Van Pass, famously known as “the most magnificent of all passes.” With its winding curves and majestic mountains, Hai Van offers a spectacular panoramic view of the East Sea and the Son Tra Peninsula.
The Marble Mountains - Continuing the drive, a stop will be made to explore the Marble Mountains – a cluster of five limestone hills, each associated with one of the five elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth. Here, guests can admire natural caves and ancient temples, beautifully set amidst untouched nature.
Hoi An - After the visit, the tour will continue to Hoi An, where the day ends in the peaceful and charming atmosphere of the Ancient Town.
Hoi An – Cam Thanh Boat Experience – Ancient Town Tour
Cam Thanh - After breakfast at the hotel, the tour will transfer to the fishing village of Cam Thanh, where guests will have the chance to meet local fishermen and experience their daily life. Guests will board a traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat to explore the waters of Cam Thanh, with a brief introduction to its history. Next, guests will enjoy a hands-on fishing experience using round and casting nets. Learn how to paddle the iconic basket boat as they cruise through the lush water coconut palm forest.
Japanese Covered Bridge - In the afternoon, a walking tour will explore the charming ancient town of Hoi An, starting with the iconic 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. Originally built in 1590 by Japanese merchants, it served as a link between the Japanese and Chinese quarters of the town.
Fukian Assembly Hall (Phuc Kien) - The tour will also visit the Phung Hung Ancient House, a beautiful architectural gem blending Japanese and Chinese influences, and the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, one of the most famous halls in Hoi An. This colorful building is dedicated to Thien Hau, the sea goddess who protects sailors. As guests stroll through the town, they will find numerous art galleries and tailor shops — and if desired, they can even order custom-made clothing.
Hoi An – Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge – Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City Tour – Cu Chi Tunnels – Return to Ho Chi Minh
Cu Chi Tunnels - After breakfast at the hotel, the tour will depart from Saigon to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive network of narrow underground passages manually dug by guerrilla fighters as shelters and defense routes during the Vietnam War. Guests will have the unique opportunity to enter one of the tunnels and crawl through a short section, experiencing firsthand the conditions in which the Viet Cong lived. For those interested, there will also be a chance to fire some of the weapons used during the war, such as the M-16.
The Independence Palace - In the afternoon, the tour will visit the Reunification Palace, the last stronghold of South Vietnam. On April 30, 1975, tanks crashed through its gates, marking the official end of the Vietnam War.
