ITINERARY: - At 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM, participants will meet at our restaurant located at 54 Hang Buom Street.
- Select dishes from the 9 options suggested by our Chef, then visit a nearby local market to gather fresh ingredients and learn about the Vietnamese cuisine you will be preparing for 1 hour.
- At 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM, return to the restaurant to prepare and cook for 2 hours.
- At 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM, enjoy a delightful lunch or dinner with us after your cooking session!

An Amazing Experience! - My first time in Vietnam and I was able to meet some wonderful people and had an incredible time learning to make authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I absolutely had a great time learning and eating. I highly recommend this experience.

Recommended Cooking Classes - I was the only student, but I was taught 3 dishes carefully!!
I went to the market to buy ingredients before I cooked rice, and they told me a lot more than the ingredients I used.
The chicken and lemongrass stir-fry was very good

Fun cooking workshop to do in Hanoi! Also a nice market experience with lots of information - We did the cooking workshop with Daisy today and it went very well! First we went to the market to get fresh produce and there we also got information about the Vietnamese food what is available at the market. Then we started cutting the vegetables and making the dishes. Definitely recommended to do, I would recommend the beef noodle soup:)

Cooking class with Daisy in hanoi - Very nice welcome by the team, a great workshop, a very good time at the market also, being well accompanied changes a lot of things, and in the end we taste , flavors of perfect associations again thank you for this beautiful afternoon

AMAZING COOKING CLASS - It was an amazing and wonderful experience with Laura as Host and Instructor and Long as the Main Chef. They are both very good at what they do. I have learned a lot from this cooking class. Love the class actually.

Amazing 😍 food - The cooking class we did today was amazing. Wide selection of food, very hands on and the food was delicious!! Very hospitalable!! Great introduction to the Vietnamese cuisine!!

Cooking class with Daisy and Dragon - This was one of the highlights of my Vietnamese trip, Daisy was super helpful and knowledgeable on local fruits and products. The cooking class was such a great experience, great food and great company. Our chef Dragon was very talented and taught us so much about Vietnamese culture and ingredients. Highly recommend, will definitely do this again ☺️
