Rafting - Rafting was AWESOME sooooo... relaxing wish I could've stayed all day 😂 A whole VIBE okayyyy....🥰 but let me give our driver a his props RENO is the ABSOLUTE BEST driver in Jamaica 🇯🇲 hands down me & my family felt soooo safe with him & we'll definitely be booking with him again thanks again Reno

Top of the Top - Ryno was so good to us we didn’t even want another driver unless it was him. He is kind and professional.We felt the love of Jamaica through him.We can’t wait to book with him again.

Massage fee not included! I was overcharged at the bar! The localist will get over on you! I do not recommend at all! - We meet our rafter at the bamboo rafting spot his name is England. England took us too a spot where there was music and a bar. When we arrived he directed us to a garden where there were photographers they told me to take a picture and asked if I wanted it for $40, I declined. The bar overcharged our drinks. There were other rafts and tourists who rafting there with us and we ended up being the first ones to leave. On the way back he asked us if we wanted a massage but never mentioned any extra charges. He also stated that he was going to get a female for my husband but it was a little girl. Something I definitely did not want to see. When they we were finished we tipped them and then said told us that the massage was $40 per person. That was not stated on this reservation. Another thing that was not stated on this reservation is that there would be a photographer and a garden too take pictures at. They wouldn’t let me take pictures of my own they said I have to use a photographer and so I did but then after they asked if I wanted to buy my photo for $40 I declined because it upset me that I’m wasting my time doing something I don’t want to do. I went straight to the bar after not even 10 minutes go by the tour guide England told us it was time too go! Everyone else was partying and having fun but we came there to relax, we were not in the party mood like everyone else and England knew that. This was suppose to be a private reservation. We shouldn’t be worried what the other rafters are doing. No music we had to play music from off our phones. Other rafters had speakers and they were loud. How were I going to be able to enjoy any of this experience? Luckily I got a few photos before they told me to put my phone away. I tried to contact my booking agent and they said they were putting me under investigation and refunded me $20 back. This is unacceptable, this was my birthday and no one seems to care about my voice nor do they want too listen. Such a waste a time I spend my entire trip complaining about this experience, I couldn’t enjoy Jamaica at all this was my first excursion and it sucked! These people will get over on you anyway they can!!! I recommend other not too bring cash, if the locals see your money they will most definitely find a way for you too spend it. The visitor tour guide Ryno pressed me to leave a review. I mean I tried to give him any excuse not too but he would not leave me alone about it so here it is.
