Sun Island (Tai Yang Dao) - Recommended Itinerary:

Day 1:

Your private English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your centrally located hotel in Harbin city early in the morning at 9:00 am. You will then head to the Sun Island Snow Festival, where you can admire numerous snow sculptures and artworks.

Harbin Snow Fair - The Snow Fair/Festival is held on Sun Island. Afterward, you can explore other attractions around Sun Island that interest you. Simply discuss your preferences with your tour guide, and they will take you there.

Harbin Ice and Snow World - Finally, visit Harbin Ice and Snow World at night to enjoy the Ice Festival under the stars. Once your tour concludes, you will be transported back to your hotel.

Ice Festival Harbin - The Ice Festival is the general name for Harbin’s ice and snow events. Harbin Ice and Snow World is the largest, followed by the Snow Fair on Sun Island.

Saint Sophia Cathedral, Ice Swimming Show, Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, Ropeway, Russian Town, Longta Tower, Zhaolin Park

Saint Sophia Cathedral - Meet again in your hotel lobby at 9:00 am. First, visit St. Sophia Church, celebrated as a monumental work of art and the largest Orthodox church in the Far East.

Harbin Ropeway - Next, head to Jiuzhan Park to watch an ice swimming show. After the show, enjoy a Harbin Ropeway ride over the beautiful Songhua River to get a panoramic view of the city and Russian Town.

Stalin Park - Continue to Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, walk to the Harbin Flood Control Memorial Tower, and then stroll along the Songhua River. Spend some time in Stalin Park to observe the daily life of the local elders.

Longta Tower - You will have lunch there (at your own expense).

In the afternoon, first visit Longta Tower.

Lao DaoWai - Then proceed to Laodaowai (Old Harbin Street).

Harbin Ice Lantern Show - Finally, visit the Harbin Ice Lantern Show at Zhaolin Park (which opens at the beginning of January each year) before returning to your hotel.
