Amazing visit HR Punta Cana January 2022. - Our 15 day visit to Hard Rock Punta Cana was a tremendous pleasure thanks to the best butlers ever! Jean Carlos and Jose Lugo provided excellent customer service. Daily they checked in with us to provide their services and hear any concerns. Every request was addressed immediately, scheduling our activities, dinners, spa. Jean Carlos and Jose went beyond our expectations in making our stay enjoyable, as well as creating a special birthday celebration. We will most definitely request their services on our return visits.

Giant and beautiful hotel. Spacious accommodations. Service and quality of food and drink leave much to be desired. - The hotel is on a beautiful beach, it is huge and the accommodation is very good. Clean enough. Shampoo, soap, conditioner and moisturizer provided by the hotel are reasonable only. The hotel works with Pepsi line. In general, the drinks are not good (artificial juices and super-watery and sweet alcoholic beverages). Very disappointing at this point. The food is varied and abundant, but few things are of great quality. It's just good. I was always waiting to eat something super tasty, which never happened. 20% of the employees are kind, 50% neutral and 30% of obvious bad will.
