During the tour, guests explore the small winery, where everything is crafted with care, precision, and respect for the wine. Visitors will discover how they work with rare Rioja varieties—such as Garnacha Blanca, Maturana Blanca, Graciano, and Mazuelo—and gain insight into their viticulture and winemaking philosophy: one that values the challenging, the unique, and the deeply Riojan, without resorting to clichés.
Guests will also enjoy wine tastings in a friendly setting, where they can engage in relaxed discussions about each wine, the origin of the grapes, the decisions that define their character, and the history of TIHOM: a recent history, yet deeply rooted in tradition.

Additionally, visitors can enjoy the full range of wines and a selection of tapas in the relaxed setting of the Wine Bar, which is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No reservation is needed.
