Rainy day family fun - We did the lower pigeon forge with our family of 4, two kids 6 and 9. It was everyone’s first time. It had been raining all day the day we went and have to say just seeing the river made me nervous, but turned out to be a lot of fun. The directions on the website are easy to follow and take you right to the post. Check in was fast and easy. We did waivers ahead of time so that saved time. The guides went over all the rules… would help if ppl followed directions, you need shoes with a strap or water shoes, no flip flops or they won’t let you go, so listen so your group can be on time. We loaded up and off we went. Usually a 2 hour trip, we rafted in under an hour due to the rains… which make the water flow and produced some choppy areas which were a lot of fun. The guides communicated to each other and avoided a few questionable areas with us having small children which showed that they were putting safety first. It rained, we were soaked before we started and got even more wet on the ride but it added to the fun and the guides said with the rain we had a more exciting ride, whereas typically the lower portion is tame and mild according to the guides. Guides unloaded us quickly and we got on a bus to return to the post. Once back at post there are bathrooms and changing areas. You can also purchase your pics they take for $34.95… little pricey but you do get a link for all the pictures. Overall, I’d highly recommend. Both kids although nervous in the beginning said it was a lot of fun. Guides were friendly and safe and made the trip even more enjoyable. Maybe next time we will be adventurous to try the upper portion, but a rainy day on the lower gave us fun and adventure that a sunny day may have lacked, so don’t let a little or a lot of rain deter a great family adventure with a great company!

Great Morning! - What a great morning! We went down the river - with a couple fun areas- 3,4,and 5 rapids. The guides are knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Highly recommended for family and friends!

Closest rafting to Gatlinburg! - We took our 7 and 9 year old on their first rafting trip! Our guide Carver made it fun and interesting for them! We never got stuck on a rock and he knew exactly where to guide the raft down the river! We passed other companies whose rafts were stuck frequently! I highly recommend this company!! Facilities for changing after were nice as well!

Family River Rafting!! - Our family truly enjoyed the White Water Rafting experience. The various class of rapids & guide Sam made our trip Awesome. Highly recommend this family adventure.

Fun family adventure - Our family really enjoyed this rafting float adventure. This was the first time rafting for our 5 & 7 year old & they loved it! Our guide made the kids feel comfortable & safe. He also made it exciting for them making sure they got wet, paddled, & had a chance to get in the river. They say they are ready for the bigger rapids. This tour company is very well organized. We were quickly geared up & on the water. Transportation back was prompt. Highly recommend & will use this company for future rafting trips.

1st time - A J and Jackie were fun and this experience was a blast. I have an autistic kid who was scared. But by this first rapid he was extremely happy and excited.

Best trip ever - It was really a lot of fun. Justin was our guide and did a GREAT job entertaining us and giving the kids a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this adventure for any family

Beautiful day on the river - We took this trip with our family, including our 3 and 7 year old grandsons. It was perfect for them, yes, we could've had a little more "adventure", but they are too young for the upper river trip. All the staff was great, and our guide, Becky, was fun and informative. We all had a great time!

Great trip! - Amazing ride! Monty was a great tour guide! He knew the water perfectly and guided us through spectacularly! Our family had so much fun! This was our family’s favorite activity on this years vacation!
