Great Tour! - Irene was amazing, very knowledgeable about Sydney and friendly. She also recommended us the best way to get food and souvenirs so we wouldn’t get ripped off.

World class tour guide - Irene is by far my favorite tour guide in the world. She loves her job and the people she interacts with. Very respectful and genuine with how she communicates and instructs us. She is also funny and very interactive that makes the tour so interesting and entertaining. Please tell Irene that she’s translating her happiness and contentment in life with the people she interacted with. Thank you, Irene. Side note: my name is also Irene and got my name from my grandmother who is Filipino/ Spanish but pronounced as E-re-ne-a.

Awesome day at the zoo and Blue Mountains - This was an awesome tour and so glad that we did it. The bus was very nice and our guide Kem was the best, giving us details about what we were going to see. Our experience was exactly as described when we signed up so there were no surprises. Thank you Kem for showing us how beautiful Australia is! I would highly recommend this tour.

Blue Mountains, Kangaroos and Koalas 😀 - We really enjoyed this trip - highlights seeing koalas and feeding the kangaroos and of course the views of the Blue Mountains themselves. Our driver was very good and rearranged the day to give us as much time as possible at Scenic World but the queues were so long it was not possible to do all the rides. Would suggest just going down into the valley and experiencing that rather than queuing for all the rides.

Almost Great - This tour was really good but there were a couple of minor boo boos that stopped me from giving it a 5. The main one being at Sydney Zoo how a group of 4 delayed the rest of the bus as they forgot they were supposed to be back at 10am and didn't return until 10:25am. Also much as the guide/driver didn't mean any harm in saying it, I found it saddening how when the bus got full she said 'unfortunately we do have a full bus so you may have to make new friends'. Note this was said after a young couple had to sit seperately and 1 of them sat next to me. However I offered to swap seats so that the couple could sit together and I went and sat next to another solo traveller who was nice enough. Anyway the tour in general was really good fun where the views of the 3 sisters and Blue Mountains were amazing. Also I had a nice lunch at the town nearby and the zoo was lots of fun too as I got to see lots of unique Australian animals. At the end we were dropped off at the ferry to take a boat back to the city centre which was sadly at our own expense but would haev been nice if it was included. 1 other thing that did slightly disappoint me was I assumed Scenic World was included in my booking but wasn't. Thankfully the guide did mention it to me and I was able to buy a ticket for it online as I didn't want to miss out on the cable car up or the downhill gentle roller coaster. Otherwise I would certainly recommend this tour as the pickup times were also very prompt.

a rushed trip in 1 day. - Chris the driver was ok. bus pickup was on time. not enough time at Sydney zoo, 3 sisters or scenic world. 1 hour lunch at Leura was unnecessary, could have had it at echo point (3 sisters) Drop off at Sydney olympic park wharf(where tour ends) and a ferry ride to Sydney harbour(own cost) is inconvenient and its dusk. (not much to look at).

Total waste of money! - The weather was awful. When we got to the Blue Mountains/Three Sisters could not see a hand in front of you never mind the view we paid to see. Tried to cancel but would not let me nor refund as the trip should not have been on, they knew the weather for the day. A total waste of money and very disappointing as it was a ‘bucket list’ experience. Not good customer service either. Book a couple of days before to check the weather beforehand!
