Our knowledgeable guides will introduce you to the stunning landscape and share the rich history of the original gold prospectors who paved the way during the Coal Rush, as well as the ongoing mining operations of today.

They will explain the area’s geology, the formation of gold, and demonstrate the techniques used by prospectors to find it. You’ll then proceed to our Gold Panning Site, where you’ll have the chance to pan for gold using paydirt sourced from the region’s most productive local gold mine, ensuring you discover gold.
