- Went in the Serenity for a week then stayed in hotel. Went with Johnson holidays and everyone was spot on from Susan booking our Holiday. Muhammed our rep, Aladdin our guide to the taxi drivers. We have booked again with them this time for 2 week stay at hotel. The service from the staff was the best we ever had.

Fantastic Trip - We had our own tour guide and the representative Asmaa meet us at the airport and was our liason for the entire trip. At every stop we had a very knowledgeable Guide I would Like to thank Nour, Milad, Emad, Samir & Nabil. The experience will last a lifetime for us. I cannot sing our praises enough for all that they did for us.

Great Tour - Very nice and interesting tour. The rep. Mr. Mahmoud Hefny looked after us excellently. The two guides (Mr. Fayed and Mr. Awman) were also very good. It's a shame the Nile cruise only lasted 1 night. We then spent two days in the port of Luxor. But definitely a recommended trip.

Trip of a Lifetime - My friend and I had a fantastic first experience in Egypt thanks to Look at Egypt tours. This was the trip of a life time, not only because of what Egypt has to offer but also because of the outstanding service. We were greeted by Mahmoud Hafny and Amr at the airport and he was the friendliest welcome we have ever received. Very friendly and enthusiastic. He outlined our trip and communicated with us throughout the trip. On our last night he took us to experience Cairo like a local including trying hawawshi (Egyptian pizza), tea, orientalist desserts shop and ice cream. His hospitality and generosity is unmatched. In Cairo, our guide Ahmed Salah was fantastic. He was thorough with his explanations of the pyramids and exhibits in the GEM and Egyptian museum. He was very kind and patient especially with negotiations in the markets! He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are comfortable. Also kudos to our driver Amr for navigating the crazy traffic in Cairo. We enjoyed our River Nile cruise which was incredible. I strongly recommend the hot air balloon ride, as it was phenomenal! Mohammad (Mu) was out guide for our 4 days down the Nile and was very knowledgeable and funny. The Valley of the Kings was probably our favorite experience- the amount of hieroglyphics and detail is incredible. Lastly, we visited Sharm El Sheikh which I cannot recommend enough. Tim met us at the airport and was very enthusiastic guide. Do yourself a favor and add snorkeling or diving to your list. Honestly, it was some of the best underwater life I’ve ever seen. We wish we would have added an extra day to explore more!!
An already amazing experience, that was enhanced by fantastic service and an amazing culture. It was even my birthday and they ordered us a cake, gave me small gifts, I honestly felt so cared for. As two females traveling alone, we felt safe the entire time and found it refreshing to have a culture with a similar sense of humor. All of the guides were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We had only one small hiccup but the guides and sales rep solved it quickly and efficiently. They truly cared to ensure we had a great time. I would completely recommend this trip!!!

Seamless experience with Look at Egypt! - We travel extensively in exotic locations and always plan our own trips. However, for the first time, we booked a guided trip and we chose Look At and Egypt to guide us through Cairo, Giza, Abu Simbel, a Nile cruise and 3 nights at the Red Sea. They did a fantastic job, everything was seamless. The best thing was that it was usually just my husband and I or the two of us plus a group of four friends from Ireland. We traveled in small vans, so no big buses to unload and load. Our guides were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Look at Egypt. From beginning to end (planning and customizing our trip with Yasmine, our lovely coordinator Sobhy, touring with with guides Remon and Randa, and numerous other staff,) we were very well taken care of!! Highly recommend Look at Egypt!

Great Family Trip In Egypt - Nesma with Look at Egypt Tours worked with me by email to plan this trip for my entire family - she did an amazing job satisfying all 9 of us. Both tour guides (Ronda & Indy) were interesting, thoughtful and made sure that we saw the best highlights of Egypt. Mahmoud oversaw our trip while we travelled from area to area - he was the best part of the trip, making sure everything went smoothly - be sure to get restaurant recommendations from him while in Cairo!!! There was always a security guard with us when we were touring and the van drivers were extra safe while navigating the crazy streets with tons of traffic. Our entire group HIGHLY recommends Look at Egypt Tours and can’t thank them enough for this wonderful trip.

Amazing!!!! - Loved working with this tour group!! Tarek, Hana, and Mohamed were all fantastic. We saw so many incredible things from the pyramids, the Sphinx, Luxor, Karnak, and the Nile cruise. Everything was really great. We even met Ahmed the owner who made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
Had an amazing time and would highly recommend Look at Egypt tours to any of my friends and family.

Great company to plan a trip for you - From the time Sobhy and Abdou picked me up, they were so helpful and kind. I felt very cared for and cared about. Abdul showed me the proper way to tip —— in the most beautiful way. Sobhy shared books to help me learn more Arabic. Hanan was absolutely brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and fun to be with. She helped take some great pictures and guided me to some very nice shops.
When I travelled to Aswan and Luxor I had a different guide who was equally as knowledgeable and shared so much. We took a variety of transportation horse drawn carriage, boat, car and van. I saw so many temples —- one day I saw three.
August is not the month to travel here as it is extremely hot (45 with humidity at 80). I was starting a job here in August so that was a choice on my part.
The person who arranged my trip, Anas, was so patient with me and answered all of my questions.
If you are unsure of booking a trip with these guys, don’t be. They are a wonderful company with so many fabulous people working for them.

far nicer places to visit - We had 30 in our group however there was an additional Wingbuddy group with 30 that was usually on the excursions. This made it chaotic at times. especially for the guides. At times when all were together it was unorganized. Instructions were shouted out by the guides and were difficult to follow. Seems that this could have been prevented by printing these out at the meetings or posting them for all to see.
The excursions on foot were hurried, and you had to really move along to keep up.
The ship on the Nile was odd. There were tripping hazards with odd platforms that were easily missed, and it seems a little dangerous, especially for older guests. The food on the ship was buffet style, as were all the meals, and it was mediocre at best.
The room on the ship was ok but the a/c was either on or off, resulting in too hot or too cold. The hotels were satisfactory but the meals were just ok. Bus travel was tedious, especially the ride from Hurghada to Cairo. The two lunch buffets provided while on the tours were very poor, and the box breakfast from the Radisson Blu hotel was pathetic. I grew very tired of the long stops at the Alabaster shop, the papyrus shop and especially the "essential oils" shop. I have no interest in shopping. Wish this could have been optional for those who are interested. We were at the oils shop for at least 1 1/2 hrs. I think maybe the tour gets a cut of the sales at these places. On the positive side the Prima Life resort on Hughada was wonderful. My wife took advantage of the fantastic prices on massages twice in 3 days. The food was good, except for the optional $20 extra/ person seafood and chicken cordon bleu which was disappointingly poor.
Overall, the excursion made me very grateful I live in the USA.
