Spinalonga (Kalydon) - Boat Trip: 60 minutes
Time on Spinalonga: 1 hour 20 minutes
Upon departing from Agios Nikolaos, the group will reach Spinalonga, famously known as the island of tears. A professional guide will lead a 45-minute tour, followed by free time to capture the enchanting views.
Entrance to Spinalonga Fortress: €20 - Kolokytha Beach - After a 15-minute boat ride, the group will arrive at the stunning bay of Kolokytha for swimming and lunch, lasting about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Agios Nikolaos - The return sail to Agios Nikolaos marks the final stop of the day tour. Enjoy approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of free time to stroll or enjoy a coffee by the picturesque lake and port.
Board the buses for the return journey to the resorts. - Heraklion - Board the buses for the drive back to the hotels where participants were initially gathered in the morning. The return journey time will vary depending on traffic and individual pick-up locations.

Great day trip - We had a wonderful day trip to Spinalonga with a stop at a gorgeous bay for swimming. We were conveniently collected from the hotel, and our tour guides Irini and Ester were very knowledgeable and accommodating for all our questions.
Lunch on the boat was good and the little town of Agios Nikolaos was a delightful little place for a stroll before returning back to the resort.
Can definitely recommend the trip.

Just great! - It was just great! From transfer, guide, swimming in the bay, eating on the ship and the many beautiful photos I have been able to take. And that for a wonderful day trip for only € 49.-. I would highly recommend it.

Great day trip - Great and interesting activity. Recommend the trip to spinalonga, interesting island and history. The lunch on board was good and the free time in Agios. The bay stop was good if you wanted to go for a swim, otherwise felt a bit long and overcrowded if you wanted a spot on the sand, very picturesque though.

Spinalonga was the highlight - A good trip but very long pick up, took 3 hours from Heraklion with no chance of a comfort break. Also lunch on the boat was not until 2:30 so after a 7am start was a long wait. Spinalonga was excellent.

Good Price quality ratio - Pleasant cruise, bewitching blue sea.
30€ per person with lunch... the downside is the world and the organization of lunch! Correct service otherwise compared to the price.

Beautiful boat trip - Beautiful boat trip to spinalonga where a rich history awaits you. Lunch could be a little more. Then it was nice to stay in the center of agios nikolaos

Nice trip, lots of people - The journey from the place of pick-up worked out well and on time again, also on this trip the bus occupied to the last place. Accordingly, those who boarded last cannot expect to sit together. The boat is also full, so guests from other buses (other language) are still there. And it's quite tight. The ride on the sea was quiet, the setting very picturesque. Spinalonga is impressive, our tour guide conducted us with a lot of knowledge and info. More time would have been nice. When reboarding the boat, the seats previously occupied are not secured, especially with children it might make sense to leave something on the seats to reserve them. The bathing stop... I wouldn't have needed it, to our full boat were 2 more at the same time, the beach is rather narrow for that. The food is good, sufficient, but there is no other option for the vast majority than to eat with a tray on their thighs. Food may only be eaten on the boat. Back in Agios Nikolaos there was free time before the return trip, at first I was worried that might be too long, but fit very well and completed the trip well. On both return journeys it was possible to let us get off at another point on the route, thank you! All whether guides, drivers or onboard staff are friendly and helpful.

More time for release. - On the island of Spinaloia we would have liked more time for free time. The guide was nice but repeated herself too often.

Do not take this tour, especially not for families. - I booked this tour with a visit to the Fortress of Spinalonga, but it turned out to be awful and short. The town can only be visited by paying an entrance fee, the swim in the sea lasted just an hour in an extremely crowded area, and the visit to the town of Agios Nikolaos never actually took place. They simply drop you off in the central shopping streets. Add to that an endless bus ride to and from Agios Nikolaos. Terrible experience and not recommended for families.
