Thoroughly enjoyed it - Highly recommend booking with this company. Our tour guide was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us plenty of time at each of the stops. He enriched us with interesting facts and the history of the locations.

Great trip - well worth it to see the area in a short time - This was a great trip where you get to see and experience lots of Crete. All the staff were excellent, especially Nectarios who was a wonderful and informative guide. We loved the cave of Zeus and the donkeys and Knossos. The lunch is amazing- there is limited choice for vegetarians but what we had was very tasty and made with fresh vegetables. One thing to note is that the money paid when booking is only to cover the coach- there are further charges which are made clear when booking but make sure you have cash ready.

Fantastically organised and informative - We thoroughly enjoyed both our trips with Eye travel and really appreciated your prompt and helpful responses to our questions before we booked. The coaches arrived promptly and both guides gave us a wonderful commentary. Everything and everyone was very efficient and welcoming. The tours themselves gave us a good contrast and enabled us to see quite a lot of the island, and ran well to time, yet we hardly ever felt rushed. Lesithi & Knossos;- We liked the short, frequent stops in Lesithi plains, which provided a good contrast to the long drives on our Western Crete trip. Everyone was very helpful, and the stops were well organised and varied. Knossos was just as we had imagined it would be - and it was great to have our own guide to explain what we were looking at! No trip to Crete would be complete without visiting Knossos. This trip gave a good insight into some of the history of Crete as well as lives for the local people over time. Everything ran to time, and the time allowed for each stop was just perfect!

Poor customer service! - DO NOT book this tour! We had the worst possible experience. We were traveling with a large group of people ranging from infants to elderly. After the 24-hour cancellation period lapsed, they sent us and email telling us to meet at a public bus stop 2 and a half hours before the tour started, when they knew we had a far drive to begin with. We called the provided number and explained our situation offering to meet anywhere else at a time closer to the start of the tour. They refused to accommodate us and told us things were already planned. They said I could get a refund by emailing them, when I did this, they refused the refund and got progressively more abusive with and threatening with me. Poor customer service does not even begin to describe my experience.

Would not recommend - I did not complete this tour as scheduled. The meeting information was given to me after the cancellation period, was over two hours before the tour was to begin and involved possibly waiting up to 20 minutes at a public bus stop. I canceled my tour and have requested a refund as I was informed of the pick up details after the cancellation window which is not acceptable and I question the timing. The customer service is poor. I have been offered a partial refund, but my friends whom booked were not, and a full refund should be given as the company is communicating AFTER the cancellation period for refund. Beware.
