Would never use again or recommend Horror experience - On the day of pick up driver called us and tried to cancel even though we paid extra for mini van He said that our booking disappeared Completely not true as we could see our booking on Viator We have been to many countries around the world we have had no one treat us so badly he lied to us every time we spoke to him He was always rude in his communication to us The departure transfer we had prepaid was worse we paid for a mini van and he sent a car instead then he abused us when we told him we had photos and had proof He ruined our vacation in Crete a horrible experience with this tour operator because he lied without shame Never experienced this is any other country in the world
