Excellent speedboat tour of beautiful Montenegro- Don't miss this - Excellent speed boat tour where we saw the beautiful mountains, the Our Lady of the Rocks cathedral in Perast and the caves. Our tour guide gave us history with the connection between Montenegro and Croatia. We also saw the pristine gardens and beautiful little houses 🏘 . To top it off, we even had (much needed) wifi on the speed boat. We got to go into some of the caves but as the water was choppy our driver wisely decided to forgo entering all of them. When they said that there was an opportunity to go swimming, I thought that there would be an actual beach, not just jumping off the boat! As such, I would not advise swimming in the sea if you value your life! There were no life jackets offered from I could see. Even though I had my bathing suit on, I stayed put! My only critique was finding the actual tour- the directions were unclear. As soon as you come from the boat you make a quick right outside the station and there is a overpass (not a bridge as described) that you cross. There is a park and you have to go to the last stall to find the vendor. Overall, we would highly recommend!

Nice experience - Our group of 3 had a pleasant experience with the tour: the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, and the boat was on schedule the whole time. The sea was rough that day so the trip to blue cave was replaced by a visit to Perast. The tour was not overcrowded and offered interesting insights into the Kotor bay area.

Blue Cave is a must see - Blue Cave is not to be missed as the blue of the sea is unbelievable. It alone more than justifies this tour. Our Lady of the Rocks and submarine base just add to the enjoyment.

Truly Unbelievable - I don't think you will believe what you see when you get to Blue Caves. It actually looks unreal. The guides are friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscious. We loved the experience and consider ourselves lucky that we could swim in that water.

A Perfect Experience on the Kotor Waters - Really enjoyed the Kotor boat tour! The driver was polite and professional, and we were kept informed at every stop. The visit to Our Lady of the Rocks was absolutely beautiful, and the crystal-blue water in the caves was breathtaking. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience.

JamesBond - We were 10 minutes late to our meeting place but the company accommodated us and put us for the next trip which was 15 minutes from our original time. Necause of the thunderstorm that occurred the night before our trip, the captain has to skip the blue cave portion of the excursion ,due to government regulation which was not there fault but instead brought us to the town of Perast, which was wortht a visit. We visited Our Lady of the Rock and the James Bond submarine tunnel . Downside, the visit time to Our Lady of the Rock was a bit short. The sunny weather adds up to our nice excursion plus the professionalism of both Capt. Aki and his partner. We were even allowed to seat at the rear end of the boat on our way back to Kotor. Overall, it was a perfect excursion and I highly recommend it.

Very Disappointing — Blue Cave Canceled Without Warning - Our group of six booked this tour mainly for the Blue Cave, which was supposed to be the highlight. The day of the tour had beautiful weather, but once we were already 20 minutes into the ride, the crew casually mentioned that the Blue Cave was closed due to rough seas from the night before. What bothered us most wasn’t the cancellation itself — we understand weather happens — but that the operator knew before we left and didn’t tell us or give us the chance to cancel or switch to another activity. Instead, we were dropped off at a small town for about 50 minutes, which wasn’t part of the itinerary and felt like filler. When we got back, we overheard them telling the next group before they departed that the Blue Cave was closed and checking if they still wanted to go. We never got that courtesy. We asked for a partial refund, since half of what we paid for didn’t happen, but both the operator and Viator refused to offer anything. Really disappointing service and communication. After this experience, I’ll be thinking twice before booking with Viator again. — Brian
