Recommend this one day tour to Paraguay - We would thoroughly recommend this tour. Ena, the tour guide was excellent - interesting, engaging and informative. The programme stops were much more interesting than we had anticipated. You should make time for this tour to Paraguay, if your are visiting Foz do Iguaçu. The driver was also excellent and spoke English.

Foz do Iguaçu with Children - The visit to Foz do Iguaçu exceeded expectations! The varied attractions, the proximity to Argentina and Paraguay are other highlights. We visit the city now in the winter and intend to return whenever it is warmer in order to enjoy the boat ride from the waterfalls. We love the city's themed restaurants as well as the sense of safety. We intend to return in the short future.

Great taste of Paraguay - A wonderfall trip. The dam was really impressive, and the Monday falls are amazing. Our guide Roberto was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and led a really friendly trip, even finding us some tasty vegetarian food!

Really good tour - This was a really great tour of Paraguay. Bruna's love and knowledge for Paraguay really shone through on our trip. Not only did we see Itaipu dam, we also got to see the Triple Frontier as well as the waterfall at Saltos Monday. Bruna kept us informed and we even got to try out local Paraguayan food. Well worth the trip!

Amazing Paraguay Experience - A truly great day. Being immersed in the Paraguay culture was amazing. Bruna (the tour guide) was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. She is passionate about the Paraguay culture and history. Our itinerary included: 1) Museum 2) Itaipu Dam 3) Saltos Monday Waterfall 4) Triple Frontier 5) Local market (pass by) 6) Local food stop 7) Mosque (pass by) I'd definitely suggest this tour if you have an extra day in Foz. The car was comfortable and fetched us on time. The driver was a nice gentlemen. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect way to discover Paraguay. - Bruna was a great guide who paced the trip perfectly. The transport was comfortable and the trip itself was really interesting. This is the single best way to discover Paraguay - a place you would never be able to figure out on your own as a foreigner.

Paraguay in a day - This was a good way to spend a day and Ana was a great host - very knowledgeable and informative. It was a really good introduction to Paraguay. The visit to the Itaipu hydro electric dam was very informative and good to see - a good video presentation followed by a tour of the site. The visit to the tri-point was also an impressive experience, with Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meeting on the three opposite side of the river. Also included was a visit to the Saltos Monday falls - another fabulously impressive set of waterfalls but without the crowds of Iguazu

So disappointed! - We booked this tour for the main reason of learning about the history and culture of Paraguay. Our tour started out bad when our guide, Diego, arrived 30 minutes late. We went first to tour the dam. That was not our priority, but he never asked. Because we started late, we missed the earlier tour and had to sit around 45 minutes waiting for the next tour to start. We had requested an English-speaking tour but were changed to a bus with a guide who only spoke Spanish. Diego didn't translate anything for us; he only said that it was th same as the video. After that 2 hours tour of the dam, we next stopped to get a snack from a local restaurant, and then headed to Salty Monday to see a beautiful and impressive waterfall. We had just spent 3 days at Iguazu Falls, so another waterfall was not our priority for this tour. Finally, we went to see the one thing we wanted to see, and the only reason we booked this tour - The Cultural Museum of Paraguay. To Diego's surprise and our disappointment, the museum was closed. I don't know if it had been closed all day or if we arrived too close to closing time, but we were all very frustrated and disappointed. Because our guide was not prepared to pick us up on time, and because he never asked us what we hoped to see, and because he was not prepared by knowing when the museum was open, we feel like we wasted a full day and a lot of money on this tour. We do not recommend it.
