The guide will lead them to a local market to introduce the main ingredients used in Vietnamese cuisine and select fresh ingredients for the cooking class. This is a highlight of the tour, offering insights into Vietnamese herbs and spices.
After visiting the market, guests will be driven back to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. They will then transfer to a unique bamboo basket boat to explore the beauty of the Bay Mau coconut forest, also known as the Mekong Delta in the heart of Hoi An.
Additionally, while the guide demonstrates how to pound and separate rice, grind rice to make rice milk, and create rice paper, guests will have the opportunity to use traditional Vietnamese cultural tools such as a stone mortar and grinder, and a wooden pestle.
- Guests will learn to cook and enjoy their own dishes using authentic local ingredients, selected and prepared by themselves.
