- 8:15: Pick up guests from hotels in Da Nang city and 8:45 for hotels in Hoi An city.

- Arrive at Cua Dai harbour and board our speedboat to the small islands.
- 9:45
- Stop at the first site: Dai Island, known for its soft coral and colorful fish - Snorkeling for approximately 60 minutes.
- 11:00
- Proceed to the second snorkeling site, Tai Island. Here, you can admire beautiful hard coral reefs and various fish species during the snorkeling session. Participate in our exciting activity: Fish feeding (60 minutes).
- 12:30
- Enjoy lunch, fruits, and beer/soft drinks on Ong Beach or Chong Beach. Relax or swim on the beach to recharge your energy afterward. Sunbathe on the beach chair and take a shower.
- 13:30-13:45: Return to the hotel.

Good tour with plenty of time in the water - Very good snorkeling tour with plenty of actual time in the water, no detours, distractions, or delays. Our guide, Phi, was super friendly and spoke very good English. Unlike guides in other similar tours, he was always in the water making sure that everyone was comfortable and safe. Lots of coral, barely any trash, no jet skis and no party boats, despite some more snorkeling tours around. Much better than the snorkeling tours around the very overexploited Nha Trang islands. Reasonable variety of fish, but unfortunately, not a whole lot of them, probably because of the constant noise from the motor boats. A bit overpriced compared to the alternatives, but still worth it for some real snorkeling instead of party boat tours.

Nice water and good space for snorkeling, did not take the whole day too! So you had time for a lot of other things after the trip :-)

Cham Islands Snorkeling - This trip far exceeded our expectations! There was no wasted time. Our guide got us from the pick up place and into the water as quickly as possible. The water was clear. We saw beautiful coral and a variety of sea life. Our snorkel spots were not crowded at all. After snorkeling, we went to a beautiful beach. We had time to swim and eat a satisfying lunch. I can’t recommend this trip highly enough! We had a beautiful day!

Very nice snorkeling - There was a lot of rain, and the guide realized it was not good visibility, so they took us to a second site. A lot of diverse coral and fish. A beautiful experience!

Exciting Snorkelling Experience - The trip was very exciting. The speedboat ride to Cham island was fun. Cha Cha the snorkelling guide was very friendly, fun, and helpful. It was great to see the colourful fish and especially big shoals of small fish. The snorkelling equipment was good condition. The lunch on the beautiful beach was tasty. Don’t forget your sunscreen.

A good morning out in the water - We enjoyed this. The Cham islands are beautiful. Our hosts Phi and ChaCha were friendly and helpful. The lunch was very good. Water quality was decent (better than we expected). Make sure you pack some sunscreen.

Price appropriate - There's a couple of times I'll dive.
The first time, it was cloudy and I couldn't see at all.
The second time there was definitely fish, but there were a lot of other boats and there was not enough space to swim again, so we snorkeled a little bit hitting people

Poor time management! - Make sure you leave plenty of time for mishaps!
Before the tour (advertised as 6 hour tour, from 8:30am-2:30pm), I specifically asked Pacific Boat if my child and I would be back to our hotel before 3:00pm as we had planned for our cooking class. Henry said no problem and we would return definitely before 2:45pm. So off we went.
The snorkeling was fun, much better than hiking around Cham Island in the scorching summer. In our first dive, the water was not as clear, but we managed to see some corals and small fish. The second dive was much better - clear waters with a great variety of corals and fish. We enjoyed being in the cool waters.
Lunch was provided at a beach house amongst either tourists. We weren’t too demanding.
It was laissez faire after lunch (we were all done by 1:30pm), and the boat captain and guide were not quite ready to gather us till 2:15pm. We had to stop at another pier to pick up more people to fill up the speedboat (around 24 persons max) and by the time we sped off the return it was 2:30pm.
The speedboat broke down TWICE, and we were stuck floating on sea while other speedboats raced past us. We didn’t get on shore till 2:50pm and there was a 30-min ride back to our hotel. We missed out a good portion of our cooking class as a result.
I expressed my frustrations to Henry from Pacific Boat but he never bothered to reply.

Good organisation, but mass tourism. - Nice fish, but mass tourism. I think it’s partially because the local laws, but it was not the promised secluded trip.
We also encountered some jellyfish, which is unavoidable at some times, but could have been prevented by a rashguard if we knew beforehand.
Phi did everything he could and made sure everybody was enjoying and safe!

Disappointing experience - Boat was a water taxi not one designed to take people on a snorkelling trip. Seats in tightly packed rows and was more akin to a bus. Extremely cramped and difficult to get changed.
Also difficult for some people to get in and out of the water as there was only a small ladder. Someone has identified a demand for snorkelling trips and have decided to requisition a vessel wholly unsuited for the task.
Staff polite but not particularly well trained on what is required on a snorkelling trip. Little info on location, nothing on the types of fish we may expect to see and no chum / fruit bucket for attracting the fish.
