Guests will be picked up from their hotels in Hoi An (within 1-5km from the city center). The tour kicks off with a delightful bicycle ride along the Thu Bon River, free from the noise of motorbikes, and includes a visit to a fishing village that is over 100 years old. The journey continues with a leisurely cycle through the countryside, allowing participants to observe local life. Cyclists will pass through a water coconut village spanning more than 7 hectares, where they will hear stories related to the Vietnam War and the history of its people. Following this, enjoy a 45-minute basket boat ride and learn the art of casting nets to catch fish and crabs. The tour then proceeds with a cycle to an organic vegetable village, passing through rice fields and discussing the challenges of the harvest season. Participants will admire water buffaloes and receive guidance on forest planting and the use of organic fertilizers. A visit to a local family includes a fun and brief cooking class (Rice Pancake), followed by a lunch featuring local specialties.
