Sam was amazing! - This is easily one of the best food tours I’ve ever joined! The whole experience felt very relaxed—nothing was rushed, and we had loads of time at each stop to take everything in and ask questions. We visited a local market, where our guide shared all kinds of stories about the spices and ingredients used in regional cooking. It was fascinating to get hands-on and learn how these flavors come together in the dishes we later sampled. She let us know that she can cater for different allergies and dietary requirements too. Our timing was perfect, as we got to witness a vibrant Lunar Festival celebration—the energy and colors made the day even more memorable. Throughout the tour, our guide was super knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about food and local traditions. Each stop was a hidden gem away from typical tourist crowds, with fresh, authentic food and welcoming hosts.What stood out most was how much effort went into making the tour personal and engaging. From the market stroll to behind-the-scenes tips on food preparation, it felt like we were shown a side of the city locals love, not just what’s on show for tourists.If you want real local flavor, expert insights, and an unhurried, memorable day, I highly recommend this tour!

Good food tour - A good variety of Vietnamese foods, all delicious and well explained. It also gave us many ideas for places to eat during our stay, many you would never know were there. Would recommend this tour for those that enjoy walking the local streets.

A great way to explore Hoi An - We are so glad that we did this street food tour. Dee took us to places that we would have never thought to go to if we were walking around on our own. We ate all the local dishes that we wanted to tick off our bucket list. We split each dish between 2 people and it was more than enough food for us. Dee explained the history and traditions behind each dish, which we really liked. I would recommend this tour to anyone considering it. It's well worth what you pay.

Hoi An street food tour - The street food tour was 11/10! A great way to experience local dishes in local hotspots. Our guide Lucky was so knowledgeable about the food, culture and Hoi An, and was generous with sharing experiences and recommendations. Definitely don’t eat beforehand because you will be offered 7-8 dishes of generous servings, a fantastic way to try the different delicacies. Highly recommend!

Come hungry to this fun tour! - A fun way to try lots of different foods and learn about Hoi An. Mango was our guide and she was great. Do not eat before you take this tour -you try so much food and they are big portions not just a bite. Definitely recommend!

Walking and eating?! My 2 favourite things! - Really enjoyable tour, a smorgasbord of Vietnamese cuisine and a nice stroll around hoi an. Would recommend. Don't think that you won't be fed, you will be full to the brim by the end!

Great food tour - Great tour with a great range of local foods. There was plenty to eat so suggest you don’t have a big breakfast beforehand (11 am tour) as you start eating straight away!

The tour was unorganised... - The tour was unorganised and not as enjoyable as others we have done in Vietnam. We missed one stop due to being closed, had half a portion at another due to closing, had a gluten free guest who was given a meal containing gluten. The guide was disinterested and provided limited information on the area and the dishes. Far better off researching popular meals and doing a self guided tour.
