• Cam Kim Island - At approximately 11:30 am, the group will visit a family that specializes in noodle-making. Participants will learn the process of making Mi Quang, a traditional noodle from Hoi An, and enjoy a lunch featuring the noodles they have prepared.

At around 12:30 pm, the tour will continue with a bike ride to another island, Tra Nhieu, to observe fishing nets along the river and understand how locals catch fish for daily consumption and sale using small traditional boats. Following this, all bicycles will be loaded onto a private large boat for a scenic ride back to Hoi An.
